OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.

1. Sweepstakes Timing: P&G Winter Olympics Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 18, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to date of entry. Employees of The Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC (“Sponsor” or “P&G”), Sam’s Club, West Inc. their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, including Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), employees of the International Olympic Committee (“IOC”), the International Paralympic Committee (“IPC”), the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (“USOPC”), the United States Olympic and Paralympic Properties, LLC (“USOPP”), the Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2028 (“LA28”), all participating National Olympic Committees and their individual athletes, any other official Olympic or Paralympic organization or entity and each of their respective subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, sponsors, licensees and employees (the IOC, the IPC, USOPC, LA28, and USOPP collectively, “Olympic Entities”), and their respective subsidiaries, parents, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate or win. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in the Sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

a) Enter by Making a Purchase: If you are an active Sam’s Club member, you can enter the Sweepstakes by purchasing any P&G product from Sam’s Club in store or online at samsclub.com and being opted-in to receive Sam’s Club marketing communication to automatically receive one (1) entry. You will earn (1) entry into the random drawing per receipt which includes at least one P&G item, regardless of how many P&G products are included on the receipt. If you are not already opted-in to receive Sam’s Club marketing communications, you must be on 11:59 p.m. ET January 18, 2026 by visiting https://www.samsclub.com/account/communication-preferences and following the on-screen prompts in order to opt-in to Sam’s Club marketing communication to be eligible. Entry is awarded to the cardholder who completes the transaction(s). Purchases made via third party websites and apps including, but not limited to, Instacart.com are not eligible.

b) Enter via Email: You may earn a Sweepstakes entry without making a purchase by sending an email to pgolympicsweeps@dja.com. The email must include your first and last name, mailing address, phone number and month and year of birth to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on January 18, 2026 in order to be eligible. Entries become the property of Sponsor. Any attempt by any entrant to enter by using multiple/different email addresses, mailing addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate online is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.

4. Privacy: Trust is a cornerstone of the Sponsor’s corporate mission and the success of their business depends on it. The Sponsor is committed to maintaining your trust by protecting personal information they collect about you. Consumer information will be shared between Sam’s Club and Sponsor’s agencies for purposes of winner notification and prize fulfillment, if applicable. Potential winner will need to provide Administrator with the following information in order to accept the prize: name, address, date of birth, social security number (for tax purposes) and passport information. Winner’s travel companion will need to provide their name, address, date of birth and passport info in order to travel.

5. Random Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 19, 2026, from among all eligible entries received within the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by Administrator whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawing. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6. Winner Notification: The potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted via the phone number and/or email address associated with potential winner’s Sam’s Club account or the phone number and/or email address provided at the time of entry, as applicable, by the Administrator and will be required to sign and return, via email, a Declaration of Eligibility & Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release within twenty-four (24) hours or potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate will be selected, time permitting. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or if winner is ineligible, it may result in disqualification and alternate selection, time permitting.

7. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Grand Prize (1): A 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one (1) travel companion to Milan, Italy to attend select Olympic events from February 17, 2026 to February 20, 2026 (“Trip”). Trip includes round trip economy air transportation from the airport closest to the winner’s home to Milan, Italy, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the Women’s Figure Skating - Free Skate event, activities and/or events, a check in the amount of $2,500 to be used for ground transportation and spending money, and $2,929.50 awarded as a check to the winner to help offset taxes. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $11,718. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor (from February 17-20, 2026) or Grand Prize will be forfeited with no compensation. Depending on where winner and their travel companion are traveling from, they may need to depart on February 16, 2026 in order to arrive on February 17th. The actual retail value of the Grand Prize may vary depending on winner’s city of departure, and any difference in value will not be awarded. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles or hotel loyalty points. All travelers must have valid travel documents/passports with six (6) months of validity/visas prior to departure (TSA-approved ID, visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs). Winner’s travel companion must be 18 years of age or older at time of travel or winner must be the legal guardian of a travel companion under 18 years of age. Travel companion or winner, as parent/legal guardian of a minor travel companion, must complete a Release of Publicity and Liability prior to departure. Failure to obtain required travel documents by winner and travel companion may result in forfeiture of Grand Prize. Winner will be required to provide a credit card upon hotel check-in. All expenses and costs not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, insurance, meals, telephone charges, room service and laundry services, personal expenses, gratuities, entertainment, transfers, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Rules, any transportation not mentioned within the above Grand Prize description and all expenses for any of the foregoing are solely the responsibility of the winner/travel companion. No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of Grand Prize (or portion thereof, including travel). Winner and travel companion will be required to follow any COVID or other protocols that may be applicable at time of travel. Acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor, Sam’s Club, the Olympic Entities, West Inc. and their agencies to use winner’s name, image and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets will not be replaced by Sponsor. All taxes related to the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor and/or the Olympic Entities are not responsible if winner does not use event tickets on day of event for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed. Sponsor and/or the Olympic Entities are not responsible if the event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and the winner will not be reimbursed. The Olympic Entities will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside of the Olympic Entities’ control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the event. Event tickets are subject to issuer’s the Olympic Entities’ standard terms and conditions, including but not limited to, with respect to event cancellation, delay or rescheduling rain-check policies and procedures. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 from Administrator for the actual value of the Trip in the year the prize is awarded. ln the event the winner or travel companion engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to eject the winner and travel companion, in whole or in part, and send them home with no further compensation to the winner, as applicable. The Grand Prize and each component thereof are awarded “as is” without any warranty of any kind except as required by law. Winner and travel companion must abide by all venue policies and regulations, including without limitation all health and safety protocols, and ticket terms and conditions at all times. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for Grand Prize (or portion of prize) will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and in such circumstance, an alternate prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value (as determined solely by Sponsor) will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Resale of Grand Prize, or any elements thereof, is strictly prohibited.

8. General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. The Sponsor, Sam’s Club, West Inc. and their agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the website or the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the website or Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used (or associated with the entrant’s Sam’s Club account) at time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address. Proof of entering does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. Sponsor (as identified in these Official Rules) is not responsible for the failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, mail delays, or congestion on the internet or at any website. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or website may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes or website, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel the Sweepstakes and select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. By entering the Sweepstakes, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability/Publicity Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant/winner/travel companion agrees that Sponsor, Administrator, Sam’s Club West, Inc., the Olympic Entities, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Indemnities”) and each party’s respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding of the prize. The winner/travel companion assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of the prize. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you, not Sponsor, are responsible for the contents of any material submitted in relation to the Sweepstakes. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever from the Sweepstakes Indemnities including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. You hereby agree that the Sweepstakes Indemnities have the right to use your name, likeness, image or any other rights granted to Sponsor, including any claims, including but not limited to, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, right of publicity, right of privacy or defamation in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

10. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in Ohio and agree that any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts in Ohio. You agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Ohio; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages, whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.

11. Winner List: For a winner list, available after February 28, 2026, for a period of at least 30 days, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: P&G Winter Olympics Sweepstakes Winner, Dept. AL, P.O. Box 7760, Melville, NY 11775-7760.

13. Olympic Entities: The Olympic Entities are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes in any way and shall have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.
