Superior Overnight Protection

Always Maxi Overnight Pads provide you a PERFECT NIGHT SLEEP with 2X MORE BACK COVERAGE to help stop leaks at night. If you’re looking for uncompromised period protection, you’ve come to the right place. Always Maxi Pads ABSORB 50% MORE vs. same size Always Ultra Thin Pad. Additionally, Always Maxi Pads also feature the Always 3X Protection System to give you up to 100% leak-free comfort, no matter how you sleep.

Leak-Defense Technology

Always Maxi Pads possess RapidDRY Technology, which works to wick away gushes fast to absorb more than you may need. Experience long lasting protection with leakGUARD technology that locks in leaks, and SecurelyFITS helps the pad stay in place throughout no matter what you do.

The Right Fit for Your Flow

Make sure that you are getting the right protection from your pad, as using the wrong pad size can lead to leaks. Whether you have a heavy flow or a light one, Always has you covered. Always Maxi Pads come in a range of sizes fit your flow and size perfectly depending on your needs. If you have a light flow or need a teen-sized pad, then we would recommend using our Always Maxi Pad size 1 to 3. If you have a heavy flow or want overnight protection, then we recommend using our size 4, 5, or 6 Always Maxi Pad. We've got your flow covered day and night for up to 100% leak-free protection
