Use up to three times daily or as directed by a doctor for soothing and comforting relief.

VapoRub can also be used as a topical analgesic to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains in your muscles and joints. To use for muscle and joint aches and pains: apply to affected area not more than three to four times daily.

When using this product, do not: heat, microwave, add to hot water or any container where heating water. May cause splattering and result in burn.
Stop use and ask a doctor if: muscle aches and pains worsen or persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. Who knew Vicks does so much more?
My shoulder, neck and down part of my arm would ache in the night enough to awaken me. I tried a number of things and then read how Vicks does so much more than I ever realized. I started putting Vicks on my shoulder, back of my neck and down my arm and after the third night I was pain free. Now I use it about once a week or so on that pain. I take Turmeric for knee pain and Voltaren for my hands and Arthritis pain. I am happy to have them all and happy they all work for me.
