If you have a light flow or need a teen-sized pad, then we would recommend using our Always Ultra Thin size 1 to 3. If you have a heavy flow or want overnight protection, then we recommend sizing up to our size 4 or 5 Ultra Thin Pad.

I was disappointed with these pads. The material felt rough and uncomfortable throughout the day, which caused irritation and made them unpleasant to wear. I gave them a fair try, but the discomfort was enough that I decided not to use the rest and threw them away. I would not purchase them again.
