[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to try using pads again after not relying on them as heavily (no pun intended) as I did when I was younger. Wow do I wish pads were this thin and reliable back in the 90’s! I will say it does still take time getting used to something attached to my underwear, but I don’t feel uncomfortable the way I did when pads were the width and size of a brick. I’ll go as far to say, I feel confident in the wings and adhesive backing to go for a run and not fear it moving out of place.

I was disappointed with these pads. The material felt rough and uncomfortable throughout the day, which caused irritation and made them unpleasant to wear. I gave them a fair try, but the discomfort was enough that I decided not to use the rest and threw them away. I would not purchase them again.

I have been buying these for the better part of 30 years. They used to be great. The adhesive on them now, especially the wings are absolutely horrific! They don't stay in place and come off my underwear constantly. Especially if you get in and out of vehicles or on and off ride on equipment they move around now. THIS IS NOT GOOD AT ALL!

Is the concept of brand loyalty too elusive for a company's board these days? What exactly will redesigning a well-established product save you, pennies? Wow. How cheap can you get? One of the “World's Most Reputable Companies," my foot. You might as well go ahead and rebrand it, as this has now become a subpar version of what used to be a reliable product. It absorbs nothing. Liquids spill in every direction. Will you be footing the dry-cleaning bill too? I highly doubt it. After 25 years of consistent purchases, give or take, I guess we'll have to part ways. I'll begrudgingly be looking into other brands

I used the product for about 20 years and was very satisfied with it. Unfortunately, the new version is terrible, feels unpleasant to the touch, and doesn't absorb moisture. Because of this, I will have to choose another brand's product from now on. It's 2025, it’s about time to involve women in the development and testing of products made for women, or at least listen to women's opinions on this matter. This was a misguided change, and I definitely won't be buying Always again until they return to the original quality.

The product has become completely horrible. The top layer is cheap, scratchy and doesn't absorb anything. The pad is stiff, a new scent had been added, which is terrible and overall it causes a rash. No, it's not personal sensitivities or opinions. The quality of the products has hit the bottom and it clearly doesn't work. Just bring the old quality back. I don't get it. Did they think people wouldn't notice?

You changed the top surface of the pads without any sort of warning to customers. The new surface rubs like sandpaper. I am raw after only 4 hours wearing these new pads! I've been using these for 35 years and now I will have to find a new company. Why would you not communicate that there has been a major change to the materials used?

Stopped the flow

I've been using these for over 30 years, but the last few months have been a disaster! Where's the mesh cover? The new pads are terrible, they feel like you're sitting in a puddle, everything is leaking. Bring back the old mesh cover!

Why did you do this, P&G? This crap is unusable. Who's going to refund me for the three largest packages? Use this garbage yourselves. This kind of thing should be warned about upfront, if you have any respect for your consumers!
