Do NOT take these pills. This is ridiculous! I took one fast act lactaid pill and five minutes into my meal, I started to get extremely nauseous. It just hit me out of nowhere! Then I had to run to the bathroom with diarrhea. It hasn’t even been one full hour yet and I’ve thrown up several times and I’ve been to the bathroom three times. I feel queasy and sick. No warnings on the box! Look at all the negative reviews from people like me and still no mention to us customers about potential side effects? How disgusting! I pray that this doesn’t last for days like it did for some. I’m so upset right now.

I was so excited, that I stopped on the way home and bought a cheesecake! These pills helped tremendously! I still had a bit of discomfort, but not enought to make me stop eating that cheesecake! For my lactose intolerance, it is a great product to give me protection at a restaurant before a meal. I carry a few packs inside my wallet while I'm out. If I should stop at a fast food place or eat on the go, food containing milk products won't do harm to my stomach.

Ice Cream, Milk, yogurt before i was unable to eat any of these or other dairy based foods without major discomfort. It feels so amazing to be able to eat what i want like everyone else. I just happened to see these reviews and found others who also had fast onset of nausea and vomiting after taking fast acting Lactaid. the nausea and vomiting started about 30 minutes after my meal. I then continued with the nausea and then dry vomiting throughout the night. After taking it again a few weeks later, the same thing happened. I had no problems drinking your Lactaid Milk. I think this may have been caused by one of the following ingredients. Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium or Crospovidone.I now try not to purchase products with any of these ingredients and have not had the problem.

I wasn't actually sure how well or if it would work. But I was glad to be able to find out. They do indeed work pretty good. I will definitely be buying more.

I have been using lactaid on a daily basis for about a year now. It has made the largest difference in my quality of life in quite some time. It works wonders for me. I could not enjoy some of the foods I love without it. I highly recommend this product.

Lactaid Fast Act Lactase Enzyme Supplements work awesome! I am not diagnosed with lactose intolerance but these really help with my sensitivity to lactose. I usually take one before eating a lot of cheese, milk, or ice cream and I never have a stomach ache.
