I was worried about the reviews of those who were sick after taking these, but that wasn’t the case for me at all. Taken about an hour before drinking a milkshake (a usual culprit for extreme digestive discomfort), it allowed me to enjoy my evening in peace. I love that they come in individual packets to easily keep in my handbag.

But that eagerness turned to dismay as the product did not work well for me as I had hoped. I will say that for me, sometimes the solution is worst than the problem. Followed directions and took with my first bite of dairy and was even more bloated than before, and a symptom that I usually did not have was constipation, which I had when taking this product. I could not take this for one week as I was so uncomfortable and had to stop.

I was happy to get them because I have tried LACTAID milk in the past and love it. I expected great things and was not disappointed. Normally, I can't digest milk. If I drink it, I have horrible stomach cramping and other symptoms that last for 2 days. It really makes me sick as a dog. With the LACTAID® Fast Act Caplets, that isn't the case. I can have cereal again! I can drink hot chocolate! I can have any number of foods and beverages that call for milk and never worry about getting sick. It is wonderful.
