For the past several years, my GI issues got progressively worse and worse. There were times when I knew if I ate specific foods with dairy in them that I would need quick access to a bathroom for at least 3-4 hours after eating. I would enjoy a meal only to suffer through strong cramps and diarrhea beginning as quickly as 15 minutes after a meal—lasting for hours. I would always be nervous to go to a friend’s house knowing what would happen if I ate...it became so bad that I just wanted to stay home. I love dairy so much, but almost decided to get rid of it 100%. I don’t know what took me so long, but I bought a pack of lactaid capsules, in denial that they would work because of their incredibly-affordable price. After several years of struggling, 1-2 capsules before each meal got rid of all of my symptoms. I’m not lying when I say that I feel like I have my life back, and I would completely recommend this to anyone who has challenges with lactose—from a quick belly ache to nearly-unbearable cramps and diarrhea for hours on end. I’m excited to have a milkshake now without having to sacrifice a day of staying home—I haven’t had one in years and can barely wait to have it.

Especially, when it involves my lactose intolerant. There is nothing worse than not being able to enjoy what you like. I am a HUGE fan of cheese. SO I took a caplet of Lactaid Fast Act and prayed for the best. An hour after eating the grilled cheese sandwich I was still fine. No bloating or gas all day long. The next day we went for frozen yogurt(this is usually when I get gas, bloating diarrhea and the upchucks). Not one of the symptoms came to be. I have been using them every day for 3 weeks. I struggle with lactose intolerance and discovering Lactaid has helped me be able to enjoy ice cream and dairy products without issue once again and I am so happy I have this product! I use this probably once a day and it has no adverse side effects I recommend this if you struggle with lactose intolerance as well.
