If you are lactose intolerant, it works right away, just take 1 pill before the first bite of any dairy food, some people might need to take 2 pills. I have been taking them for years and I can eat pizza, cheese, ice cream without getting bloated, stomach pain, and diarrhea. Happy that Sam's Club sells them. The pills are individually packaged which makes it convient to put in your pocket or purse. I definitely recommend lactaid fast act pills, they also offer lactaid milk.

A must have

I like having Lactaid tablets on hand in my purse, so if I am out I don’t have to worry that I can’t have any dairy products. They are small and don’t take up a lot of room and are individually wrapped. Great product! These work the best for me.

I have the worst gas and discomfort after eating dairy. Lactaid Fast Caplets completely eliminates  this problem. I can enjoy cheese again!

As someone that is lactose intolerant these tablets work wonders.  I even ate a small dish of soft serve ice cream with no reaction.  My first bowl of icecrean in 5 years and it was delightful.

You really can eat or drink milk products

I ordered Lactaid so far it appears to assist with lactose intolerance. I’ve only used it for a short period and have noticed a change. I would recommend this product.

Lactose

I am lactose intolerant and by taking a caplet with my food will reduce my symptoms. Sometimes I will have no symptoms at all! This is a life changer.

Definitely helps with dairy products!

This product works very well but it is extremely important that you take the tablet with the first bite of the meal. Is not as effective if you do not. I also like that Sam's Club sells it in such a large quantity at a reasonable price. Very helpful

Good Product at a Reasonable Price

The product is fine but the change in the packaging is awful for people like me with hand problems. The price increase for super glued together smaller boxes is terrible. Leave things that previously worked alone. "New and improved" is not necessarily so.

It works if a very small amount of dairy is eaten. Eat a full portion like a bagel with cream cheese spread on both sides, you'll wake up at 4am with a bad stomaxh ache. But if you have just 1 scoop of icecream might not be so bad.

Sort of works

I was simply trying to verify how to take the medication - Fast Acting - via website.

There is no administration or dosage instructions. On the right, there are drop downs for Active ingredients and Inactive Ingredients. I think it would be helpful to also add a drop down with instructions on dosage and administration. I visited multiple sites to access this information, as the individual packets do not provide that info either. I simply grabbed 2 sheets of packets, stuffed it in my bag and went to work. So all I needed was instructions on how and when to take the caplets. It was not easy to find that simple information.
