I have tried other supplements and have avoided dairy products because of my lactose intolerance. I was pleasantly impressed with the Lactaid tablets! I am now able to enjoy deserts with my friends and not worry about the stomach pains I would normally have with even a slight taste of dairy. Thank you for a wonderful product!

I Have now tried LACTAID Fast act caplets on several occasions. Each time the product worked exactly as the claims stated. I had no adverse reaction to dairy at all. I tried cereal and milk at first to ease into the trial but by the time I'd done that 3 or 4 times I decided to go ahead and eat ice cream. To my delight, I had no reaction to the dairy and the tablets worked like a dream. I am hooked and have already purchased another box to have on hand. I love that the pills come in individual little packages so I can easily throw a few in my pocket or purse incase I stop for dinner or snacks when I'm away from home. I have already recommended this to several family members and am recommending them to anyone else that is in need of this type of product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lactaid Fast Act Caplets were packaged in individual pill packages which made them easy to carry in my pocket, purse, and billfold. The Caplets were easy to swallow and mostly tasteless. I had to take two caplets in order to ingest ice cream without immediate issues. I still had some bloating and stomach discomfort in a few hours or the next morning. While it was not the perfect product for me, it was useful and did work to a point. I will consider trying it again for my occasional ice cream treats. A little relief is better than no relief.

My partner was lactose intolerant and just suffered before finding this product. We tried it a long time ago, but the first time she took a pill and was able to eat ice cream without getting sick, she never looked back. I tell everyone about this product!

The directions indicate "Take with your first bite of dairy", it seemed almost too good to be true. I did, however, do as directed and gave it the old college try. It worked!! No cramps, no gas, no glassy eyed "I wanna die" feelings at all!! I did miss dairy, but I don't have to anymore so long as I remember my Lactaid. It's simple, just take a pill before you consume (or with) your first bite and away you go, back to a better, gentler dairy experience.

I received my trial from HomeTesterClub and put it to use right away. It says to take with the first bite. Well I did. I took one pill with a drink of milk and ate a bowl of ice cream. To my astonishment and surprise I really didn't have any gas pains or cramps or any of the symptoms I normally have with dairy products. I'm definitely a fan now! Will tell my family and friends!

Ice Cream, Milk, yogurt before i was unable to eat any of these or other dairy based foods without major discomfort. It feels so amazing to be able to eat what i want like everyone else. I took Lactaid fast act a couple of times without incident. Then, on the 3rd day, I started to get extremely shaky and nervous. By the end of the day, I had the most severe headache I've ever had. It felt like I had a really bad fever, though my thermometer showed normal body temperature. Then, the pain spread around. The entirety of my gums began throbbing and the pain spread to my teeth and jaw which made it virtually impossible to move my mouth. I then began having the shakes, the same shakes you'd have during a severe fever (though again, no actual fever). When I got home from work, I realized that my eyes were bloodshot red and I had no appetite. Finally, I excreted some of the weirdest looking waste I've ever seen in the toilet. The symptoms continued through the night despite already realizing it was the Lactaid and stopping entirely. By the next morning, the sore throat was so bad I thought I had strep throat. Finally, by mid-day most of the symptoms had gone away except for the excruciating headache and loss of appetite. Good lord. This is a lactase supplement which should be harmless. I've never had a reaction this severe to any prescription drug. Will NEVER even touch a Lactaid package again. Wow.

I haven't been able to enjoy regular dairy milk for more than 5 years without having horrible pains and the smelliest gas imaginable. I took two caplets and poured myself some ice cold milk. They worked like described and I was able to enjoy a big glass of milk without being doubled over and running everyone out of the house.I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion.
