Lactaid Fast Act Caplets work fast and work well to allow me to eat the foods that I love. I can use milk on my cereal in the morning, enjoy ice cream after dinner, and eat nachos while out with friends, all without having to worry about uncomfortable and embarrassing symptoms like gas, diarrhea, and bloating.

I bought these a few days ago in hopes to eat ice cream with my friends when we go out; it's summertime and hot outside, and a friend of mine suggested these. Took it as instructed; now I'm on day 2 of abdominal pain and cramps and have no idea what's goin' on. If anything, I'm constipated. I'm afraid to try these again, but I feel like it was better to know if it worked now than later.

At first I was so excited that I found a “hack” to being able to enjoy dairy. I took this a few weeks ago and felt sick shortly after. I wondered if it was the food I ate. Took some again today with lunch and bam, I can barely move. I compare it to when you take something like iron or zinc on an empty stomach. But that is usually short lived and goes away after 20 mins. This is going on hour 3. My mouth is dry, I’m on the verge of vomiting and am confident it’s from the lactaid. Please be careful when taking this. It’s not worth it in my opinion. I’d rather deal with the dairy.

I did not want to put my stomach on the line by willingly eating dairy when I know that it can cause me pain, especially after reading the box and seeing that their claims had not been evaluated by the FDA. I ate both pizza and ice cream on my first night and I actually got a full nights sleep. Usually I find myself awake with stomach cramps at 3 am when I do this. Lactaid helped me enjoy cereal and milk, nachos, grilled cheese, and anything I could think to try with dairy in it. It was great, but did only work to an extent. Sometimes the pain found a way to seep through, especially if I had too much dairy. I am still suspicious that when it works it is only a placebo effect; all in my head, but it does not matter as long as it works. It is worth a try for anyone with lactose intolerance.

This gave me the chance to try the product with several different dairy foods to see how it worked. Well it worked out great. I was able to eat the things I love, which is all dairy, without the discomfort. Normally I will have bloating, gas, upset stomach or have to run off to the bathroom. With the Lactaid Caplets at hand I don't have to worry about that anymore. I can now wear my tight dress and not have to worry that I will bloat when enjoying my dessert. I am free to enjoy dairy without worrying that I would have to leave the function and run off towards a bathroom. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has issues when eating dairy and still wants to enjoy them with out any issues.

All I was asked to do was to write a review on my experience with the product. I love my dairy products and always have. I never ever used to have a problem consuming dairy however, within the last 2 years that has all changed. I found myself avoiding dairy because I didn't want to deal with the gas and bloating that I would experience after consuming the dairy. After taking the LACTAID Fast Act Caplets right before taking my first bite or drink of dairy products I am a super happy woman. They REALLY WORK. I have been taking them for a couple of weeks now and will continue to take them. From the very first day that I took the caplets (before consuming dairy) I no longer had to deal with the gas or bloating that can come from dairy. I am a believer and I am so happy I no longer have to be afraid of dairy.

After trying milk with the caplets, I did not experience my usual symptoms of discomfort. I'm happy to be able to enjoy milk & milk products again!

I always make sure I have the caplets on me or near me at all times! I never go anywhere without them and even keep some in the car if I run out of the ones in my special container for them. I love being able to use dairy again without worrying. I do drink the lactaid milk though, so I don't have to use too many pills in one day, but if I don't cook the food myself, I always take the pills just to be safe.

Tryed to eat a big bowl of ice cream the real stuff and I had ZERO SYMTOMS . thus way better than having to eat lactose free . last week I thpught i had bought lactose free ice cream so I when to town on that sucker then when I realized it was infact not lactose free it did not end well lets just say I read an entire magazine on the toilet that night but this pill fixed that for me so 5 stars
