I got severe vomiting and severe stomach ache after taking that !!!!!

I always have Lactaid pills with me. For meals out, and in case a surprise meal or snack comes up.

I have tried this and it works. I was able to have ice cream and did not have any stomach problems.

I would much prefer the chewable tablets
