this product works really well for my son who is LACTOSE intolerant giving him the ability to eat ice cream and cheese

I tried this product w/ice cream and loved it...it works great. No painful bloating, very little gas. Will use again.

I really felt this helped with dairy products. My stomache would ache before and with taking just one pill, I could tell such a difference.

Excellent to take on vacation or keep at your desk when you can't avoid dairy. I take right before a meal and it helps relieve discomfort.

These make eating dairy bearable for me. So great to be able to enjoy my favorite dairy foods without upset stomach.

Do recommend these pills. Works great. You can enjoy meals without side effects. Ignore the not so good taste of the pill.

Definitely helps and easy to take. Packaging is small and handy. Some come plain and others vanilla flavored. Also some are capsules or tablets.
