Simply The Best

For the past few years I haven't been able to tolerate dairy products. I love to drink hot chocolate from Starbucks but it had become very painful. (I also have IBS) My Barista told me about Lactaid and it changed my life. This product is amazing. Don't give up on nutritious meals. Try this product. I promise you will not be disappointed. I wish I knew years ago that this product existed. Thank you!! Sharon

Helps but you still will have uncomfortable symptoms

I've been severely lactose intolerant for the past two years. I've used this caplets a lot and I've noticed that they reduce the level of discomfort. But as much as I'd like them to take away all symptoms and help me enjoy dairy products, they only reduce a little bit of the pain and discomfort. The next day I "pay for what I've eaten" and wake up with cramps and diarrhea. So, basically the caplets just reduce some pain at the moment. It helps to take the caplets at least 5 minutes before consuming dairy. As much as I'd love this to work, it is not enough for me. I still would recommend it to people who don't have a severe case like mine.

I can eat dairy with no worries!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the LACTAID sample directly from Home Tester Club. I usually avoid dairy or have it in very small quantities so I usually don't have to worry about my stomach being sensitive to dairy products. I did have a few days during the week of sampling that I ate cheese and using LACTAID gave me the confidence to not worry about how my stomach would react. The taste is fine and the product seems to kick in quickly. I would recommend it to others who have issues with dairy products.

New 1-pill dose caused severe stomach ache

I’m not sure if this is a different formulation than the previous 3-pill dose, but after trying the new version on two separate occasions I got a severe stomach ache each time. We were enjoying pizza (or trying to) at the farm where we’d gotten married several years earlier and this was the first time we’d been able to go back, so it was definitely a bummer.

Lactaid tablets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a free sample of Lactaid fast acting caplets from Home tester club and they helped me not to get gas or feel so bloated when I took them. Sometimes when I would have milk in my cereal or drink milk I would have the urge or need to belch to get rid of the gas or bloated feeling but after taking Lactaid tablets I don't need to as much.

Dairy Free No More

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received LACTAID Fast Act Caplets free from Home Tester Club. I normally suffer from what feels like indigestion or bloating immediately after eating dairy products; more so when it is yogurt or ice cream. I tried the product and it did take away some of the bloating feeling I had. Although, it did not relieve the symptoms completely.

First Time User

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought about trying a product like this with my mild irritations with dairy but now that I have tried the product it allows me not to worry if I will have a reaction or not to the product that I am eating.

Life Changing Product

I randomly became lactose intolerant 10 years ago, but it wasn't until 9 years ago when I discovered the Lactaid brand. This brand, and these caplets especially, let me enjoy all of the things I thought I had to give up eating! Now meals with friends and family always lead with the question "do you have your Lactaid?”

DO NOT BUY

My lactose intolerance has been getting worse recently so I thought I’d try lactaid pills to avoid the bad tummy and guts. The first couple of times I was fine, I felt a bit off but put it down to having had milk. Last Sunday on 12/31/23 I found myself very suddenly sick and heaving over the toilet. I thought it was food poisoning or the extreme pain I had been dealing with. Tonight I again took a lactaid pill so I could have a little bit of ice cream as I am recovering from major abdominal surgery! Couple hours later I’m again heaving but I didn't make it to the bathroom since I’m recovering from surgery and am slow! This is SO SERIOUS! And there are NO warnings on the box! I am in worse pain now and risk popping stitches because these supposedly harmless pills make people sick! I’m extremely disappointed, and disgusted, but sadly not surprised, I’m sure the company is more concerned with loss of profit by disclosing potential sickness than with the potential of causing real harm to someone.

Lactaid take the worry out out dairy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lactaid is very effective in minimizing the effects of lactose intolerance. I typically don't eat or drink much dairy but when I occasionally want to treat myself with ice cream or frozen yogurt, I will be able to with out worrying about lactose intolerance.
