I find it effective, convenient, and discreet. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone who has lactose sensitivity.

I have been taking lactaid for 25 yrs. It is a great product. I can now eat almost anything. I have a little difficulty eating ice cream sometimes but the fact that i can have cheese is great. I have lactose intolerence fairly bad have to take the pills with every meal. I have tried off brands but they do not work well. Thank you for making a great product.

Ice Cream, Milk, yogurt before i was unable to eat any of these or other dairy based foods without major discomfort. It feels so amazing to be able to eat what i want like everyone else. I have been using Lactaid fast act pills since I’ve been in college. I was diagnosed with lactose intolerance when I was first year college student. I was suffering greatly even with nonfat milk so after finding these caplets, I was able to drink nondairy milk again. These are my go to and my lifeline so that I can enjoy a little bit of dairy in my life.

My partner was lactose intolerant and just suffered before finding this product. We tried it a long time ago, but the first time she took a pill and was able to eat ice cream without getting sick, she never looked back. I tell everyone about this product!

I've had IBS for over 20 yrs and a couple of yrs ago was told had giuten intolerance but some of the symptoms like bloating and gas was still there then found out that I had lactose intolerance but did not know what to do. A couple of years ago a family member told me about Lactaid and I thought it would not work but I was getting so uncomfortable that I decided to try Lactaid started with one, then started two believe it or not I have to take three to feel good. It is not completely gone but it is extremely manageable and I won't go without it.

I was amazed that I did not suffer any discomfort after using the product. I am sold! I will be using it in the future so I can enjoy the foods I had to give up.

About 7 years ago I learned I was mildly lactose intolerant, so I decided to try Lactaid. My symptoms weren’t that bad to begin with, so imagine my surprise when, after taking Lactaid for the first time and eating a small amount of dairy, I experienced horrible nausea and vomiting within 2 hours. I didn’t realize the Lactaid had caused it until after I took it twice more and the same thing happened. Within 2 hours, boom — debilitating nausea and eventually vomiting. And I don’t throw up when I’m sick. Ever. It’s grossly disingenuous not to warn consumers of this potential horrific side effect, especially since it seems to happen to a decent chunk of us. Do better. And no, I will not call your 1-800 number.

Tryed to eat a big bowl of ice cream the real stuff and I had ZERO SYMTOMS . thus way better than having to eat lactose free . last week I thpught i had bought lactose free ice cream so I when to town on that sucker then when I realized it was infact not lactose free it did not end well lets just say I read an entire magazine on the toilet that night but this pill fixed that for me so 5 stars
