I have taken the original Lactaid for the past several years and it works great! The few times I’ve tried to take the Fast Acting (convenient to-go packs) it has not worked at all. It almost seems as though my normal lactose intolerance symptoms have been worsened. Going back the the original - how about making on-the-go packages of those?!

Im from Ireland and up until these last few years there was no such thing as dairy free products in any shops. I found these tablets when a friend of mine was in America many years ago and ive been taking them ever since. When i take them i have no problem but when I forget to i have awful pains in my stomach the next day after eating any significant amount of dairy. These changed my life and i would recommend them to anyone that suffers from lactose intolerance. Great product!

I had no bloating or gas/cramps. Then tested it by eating a bowl of cereal with milk and still no symptoms. Lactaid fast acting caplets really work well. I would recomend them to anyone who has difficulty with dairy products.

I was thrilled when I ate ice cream (cream based) after taking my caplet. There was no discomfort or regret that I had just consumed ice cream. My family was happy for me as well. The packaging is easy to open and the caplet was easy to swallow. I now enjoy more cream based dairy products and love it!!

These pills really help when you cannot digest milk products. When I go out to eat or someone else prepares a meal I have to take Lactaids in case the food has milk. I do wish I didn't have to take so many to avoid the bloating and pain from dairy. There are some foods I cannot tolerate, but I have learned what to avoid all together. Lactaids are pretty awesome and it helps with the foods I can.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I used the LACTAID fast act capsules which I received free from Home Tester Club, I did not get diarrhea or a full feeling, but I did still get stomach aches and still felt sick. It was a very weird experience, I will continue to use them until the trial is gone; but I probably would not purchase these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving the Lactaid caplets I was a little afraid of trying to consume ice cream or a glass of milk but I have to say it cut down the gassiness and bloating not completely but enough that I could eat dairy and not be gassing it up in front of people. Not sure I would buy this for it is a little to expensive for my budget but for occasional use of dairy it might be worth it

I have always had moderate lactose intolerance, and tend to get gassy and bloated when I eat dairy. I tried this product and it allowed me to enjoy normal dairy foods that I would've otherwise avoided! It is really good at preventing negative side effects of lactose. I would highly recommend this.

Lactaid Fast Act Lactase Enzyme Supplements work awesome! I am not diagnosed with lactose intolerance but these really help with my sensitivity to lactose. I usually take one before eating a lot of cheese, milk, or ice cream and I never have a stomach ache.
