I use them before eating any dairy especially cheese and ice cream. Place them in my purse for when I eat out. Sometimes products contain lactose which causes problems with my stomach.

My son has been using the Lactaid Caplets for years and now doesn't have any problem when he eats food with dairy. He takes a caplet with the first bite and he can enjoy foods with dairy without feeling sick.

No longer do I have to give up ice cream, whipped cream or other dairy products. Just take a few Lactaid pills with your first bite. Can eat or drink anything as long as I have my Lactaid pills.
