Lactaid is a must for me. I am very sensitive to dairy and keep these in my purse at all times on the off chance that I might choose to have dairy at some point. Lactaid really works to keep the pain and bloating away.

Being lactose intolerant is awful, but this helps majorly. It makes eating and drinking dairy easy and more manageable on my stomach. I love that I can take this before I eat or drink dairy or after. I would recommend.
