I've taken the tablets for a while and they don't work as well as I would like. For me it's better to avoid lactose and stick with the products from Lactaid.

Lactaid Fast Act is invaluable whenever I want to eat (non-Lactaid) ice cream. Before I found Lactaid Fast Act, I'd have to think very carefully about whether I'd be going out in public after eating ice cream, if you know what I mean.
