I seem to have developed an intolerance for milk, which I love. I've been using these before I drink it and I'm 100% better. I can drink milk with no discomfort!

I use them before eating any dairy especially cheese and ice cream. Place them in my purse for when I eat out. Sometimes products contain lactose which causes problems with my stomach.

These are the best if your are lactose intolerant. Just take one of these before eating anything that upset your stomach and your good to go. No more bring afraid to drink milk or eat cereal etc.

Just like other reviewers, I have thrown up twice after taking this product. First time thought it was food poisoning, 2nd time knew it was the lactaid pill.
