So far, this seems to work pretty good; however, are you to swallow with water, dissolve in mouth, or chew? It doesn't state on the packaging. Thank you!

These are the best if your are lactose intolerant. Just take one of these before eating anything that upset your stomach and your good to go. No more bring afraid to drink milk or eat cereal etc.

My mom brought these for me a few months ago and at first it worked. Now whenever i take them i end up with the worst nausea and vomiting. It got so bad i contacted my doctor thinking something was wrong. Nothing was wrong it’s just these pills.
