I could not live without this product. I love cheese so much and it just really doesn’t love me back. These tablets let me continue my love affair without finding myself full of regret a few hours later.

These pills have made me sick for at least 2 days with diarrhea and stomach cramping. Pills that are supposed to prevent you from feeling sick shouldn't make you feel worse. I will never recommend this product

Please do not take this product. I have taken it twice and within hours have had severe vomiting to the point of dry heaving. I know I am just one of many that have had this happen after some research. Beware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received free sample from Home Tester Club of the Lactaid. I have used several times and have not experienced the symptoms of bloating and discomfort I sometimes get from dairy products.

Very hard to find out how much you should take at first. This is a new product for some of us. There should be clearly stated instructions. For this reason I would not recommend this product.
