I have to take two and I chew them right when I take my first bite of food with dairy in it. I have used these for quite a few years and find that “store” brands don’t work nearly as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved the product from Home tester club for free. I used it for the required time, i didn't see a marked difference in any way, though there was no side affects.

I developed lactose intolerance as I aged, and the Lactaid works very well to prevent the symptoms; better than the generic brand. I only purchase this from Sam's Club becuase it is so much less expensive here than elsewhere.

Apparently often when taking Lactaid people experience extreme nausea and vomiting. Which was not made evident when purchasing this product. Now my 11 yo is throwing up for the second time because not even the ER doc knew of this. Thanks a lot.

Lactaid has changed my life! I eat pizza, ice cream, cheese and everything I was craving but couldn't eat, with no side effects. I love this product :D

Lactaid Fast Act is invaluable whenever I want to eat (non-Lactaid) ice cream. Before I found Lactaid Fast Act, I'd have to think very carefully about whether I'd be going out in public after eating ice cream, if you know what I mean.

Very hard to find out how much you should take at first. This is a new product for some of us. There should be clearly stated instructions. For this reason I would not recommend this product.
