I developed lactose intolerance as I aged, and the Lactaid works very well to prevent the symptoms; better than the generic brand. I only purchase this from Sam's Club becuase it is so much less expensive here than elsewhere.

I take a lactaid before i have any aort of daory even if its the tiniest bit, and im violently throwing up within the next hour... Not worth it. Needs to be a side effect on the box.

Able to eat like a normal human being for once and it didn't hurt my stomach, only thing is it made me break out in hives on my neck and jawline so be SURE to check and make sure you're not allergic to it's inactive ingredients
