This is the second time I’ve tried lactaid before eating dairy and a few hour later I was violently throwing up. Please put this as a side effect to warn people.

I grew up drinking lots of milk. Big cold glasses of milk. As I got older, my body went thru some changes and I am now Lactose Intolerant. I know I can have a glass of whole milk if I want.....because Lactaid will take care of the rest!

After I ended up in the hospital I found out that I am lactose intolerant. Thank goodness for these. I use the Fast Act without any problem and drink the whole milk because it taste better to me.

Very hard to find out how much you should take at first. This is a new product for some of us. There should be clearly stated instructions. For this reason I would not recommend this product.

People around the country are getting sick from this crap. my fiancé ended up vomiting the entire night because of this. So PLEASE ADD A SIDE EFFECTS OR WARNING TO THIS CRAP.
