I end up using 2 tablets at a time. My lactose is so bad. It helps alot. But that the tummy yelling at you. Try but and see. You won't be dissatisfied.

Within 5-10 mins of taking this, my stomach wasn’t feeling well. I started to get severe stomach pain and felt very nauseous. Soon after, I started vomiting. I still feel nauseas and still have bad stomach pain. I do not recommend this!

I took one of the chewables so I could enjoy some homemade macaroni and cheese and I didn’t even get eat any of it because I started violently throwing up and became dizzy and felt week

I tried it twice. The first time i felt nauseous, i thought it was just some weird coincedence. Then i tried it again about two or three days later and the same results are here. Also, 5 mins after taking them is when i started feeling nauseous.
