Very hard to find out how much you should take at first. This is a new product for some of us. There should be clearly stated instructions. For this reason I would not recommend this product.

Confused. The inactive ingredients listed on website for Lactaid Fast Act do not list mannitol but in response to my prev question you said it does contain mannitol. I am very sensitive to mannitol

Lactaid products are wonderful. I can enjoy cottage cheese or a glass of chocolate milk without concern. I purchase all Lactose free products now and don’t miss. Milk products any more. How about a lactose free half n half, please!!

So far, this seems to work pretty good; however, are you to swallow with water, dissolve in mouth, or chew? It doesn't state on the packaging. Thank you!

I tried it twice. The first time i felt nauseous, i thought it was just some weird coincedence. Then i tried it again about two or three days later and the same results are here. Also, 5 mins after taking them is when i started feeling nauseous.

Hi. I had gastric bypass and started experiencing gas, bloating, gurgling, and constipation. Someone suggested these to me and they help so much. They really get my stomach feeling better.

Within 5-10 mins of taking this, my stomach wasn’t feeling well. I started to get severe stomach pain and felt very nauseous. Soon after, I started vomiting. I still feel nauseas and still have bad stomach pain. I do not recommend this!
