caused extreme vomiting and discomfort, I would not recommend this product after experiencing that. I wish the packaging gave some kind of warning. I recommend lacteeze over lactaid, I haven't had any vomiting with their product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiveing the sample from home testers club I started taking Lactaid fast act and I got immediate relief from the gas and bloating from the foods I love best.

So far, this seems to work pretty good; however, are you to swallow with water, dissolve in mouth, or chew? It doesn't state on the packaging. Thank you!

Love this stuff! I have several lactose intolerant children and it works great! But I also have a child who is allergic to the milk proteins and this does not help. Only for lactose issues.

Please do not take this product. I have taken it twice and within hours have had severe vomiting to the point of dry heaving. I know I am just one of many that have had this happen after some research. Beware!
