I drink lactaid milk and it is really good and does not make me sick, but the caplets are useless. Even if I take two of them right before having ice cream, I will have a lot of cramps and diarrhea.

My daughter and I have used lactaid caplets for years and it was always effective, until recently. Did you change the formula? Why has it suddenly stopped working for both of us?

Very disappointed. i tried using these pills in different ways however i was still gassy. Minutes before or seconds before consuming dairy, still the products did not work.

Until Lactaid Pills and Milk were invented, I had had NO dairy at all for almost 15 years. I had started to develop health problems caused by this. Lactaid has given my life back to me. I can now stop at the Ice Cream Truck and say Yes!

I could not live without this product. I love cheese so much and it just really doesn’t love me back. These tablets let me continue my love affair without finding myself full of regret a few hours later.

I end up using 2 tablets at a time. My lactose is so bad. It helps alot. But that the tummy yelling at you. Try but and see. You won't be dissatisfied.
