These pills have made me sick for at least 2 days with diarrhea and stomach cramping. Pills that are supposed to prevent you from feeling sick shouldn't make you feel worse. I will never recommend this product

This is the second time I’ve tried lactaid before eating dairy and a few hour later I was violently throwing up. Please put this as a side effect to warn people.

I drink lactaid milk and it is really good and does not make me sick, but the caplets are useless. Even if I take two of them right before having ice cream, I will have a lot of cramps and diarrhea.

This pill has given my daughter the ability to enjoy dairy products that previously made her sick in no time at all. She has experienced no side effects or discomfort as a result of taking these as needed. Love this product!

I have a major problem digesting milk. Ice cream and cheese gives me problems to a lesser degree. Lactaid Fast Acting always does the trick. You should offer this in the single dose like the pain relievers in the convenience stores.
