I am dairy sensitive so these are a game changer! I still will have some GI side effects from diary, but certainly not as bad as it would be without these tabs

These pills have made me sick for at least 2 days with diarrhea and stomach cramping. Pills that are supposed to prevent you from feeling sick shouldn't make you feel worse. I will never recommend this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried to try this at first. When I tried the lactaid caplets and I drank some milk and had ice cream, surprise that I had no problems. I am absolutely going to use this and buy it.

Please do not take this product. I have taken it twice and within hours have had severe vomiting to the point of dry heaving. I know I am just one of many that have had this happen after some research. Beware!

Love this stuff! I have several lactose intolerant children and it works great! But I also have a child who is allergic to the milk proteins and this does not help. Only for lactose issues.
