I would like to see this come in a bottle also. Not just the individual packets. But I do love this! This product has made food more enjoyable for me!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving the trial package of Lactaid from Home Tester club, I immediately started taking them and withing 2 days noticed a decrease in discomfort while digesting dairy products.

So far, this seems to work pretty good; however, are you to swallow with water, dissolve in mouth, or chew? It doesn't state on the packaging. Thank you!
