Sadly as we get older our bodies start to change. Well I'm one of those people but the even worse thing is I CANNOT GO WITHOUT my cookies and milk, or cereal, ice cream, you name it, I have to have my milk. Well these caplets are a life saver. They really really work. I need to take 2 of them though but they are great and the vanilla flavor is not bad at all.

Before trying Lactaid Fast Act Caplets I was afraid to have any dairy product, but after trying Lactaid everything change. I am able to eat pizza, treat myself with ice cream and finally I am able to have cereal again without feeling bloated or gassy. I truly recommend Lactaid Fast Act Caplets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving the Lactaid caplets I was a little afraid of trying to consume ice cream or a glass of milk but I have to say it cut down the gassiness and bloating not completely but enough that I could eat dairy and not be gassing it up in front of people. Not sure I would buy this for it is a little to expensive for my budget but for occasional use of dairy it might be worth it

I don't know if it's just the Fast Act lactaid or what, but every single time I take one, I get severe upper stomach pains, like doubled over ready to cry pain... And really really bad nausea. Not sure why. But I'm done with these. I'd rather have the diarrhea.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received LACTAID® Fast Act Caplets for free from Home Tester Club. I have tried them for just over a week, using them daily. I saw/felt no difference in taking them from when I didn't. Even when taking two at a time.

I'd never had issues with dairy products, so developing the issue at age 58 was pretty disappointing! After trying Lactaid, all my dairy issues subsided. My digestive tract is back to normal, actually better than before! I've never had the nausea or diarrhea about which I've seen others complain. Won't be without it again. (I even carry some in my purse, just in case!)

My husband love this . It works really fast . Helps a lot for bloating . You’ll feel results within 30 minutes. Will definitely recommend for people who consistently get gassy
