[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Home Tester Club. I have not tried any product like this before. I love milkshakes, but they don't love me. I usually cannot enjoy a milkshake and stay away from things made with a lot of milk. My husband was going to get ice cream and I had him get me a large milkshake. I tried one caplet with my shake. I did have some discomfort after consuming the shake but not as bad as usual. About 1 week later I decided to try again. I got another large shake and took two caplets with it. I received none of the usual symptoms that I would usually get when consuming a milk shake. So I feel that the Lactaid did what it said it would. I was surprised when reading the label that it contains natural ingredients. I like that and will surely be using it again. I am glad that I can enjoy some of the foods that I love but could not enjoy before!

I have taken Lactaid Caplets for nearly 20 years with all dairy products that I eat. I never have negative reactions to the Lactaid nor the dairy products. When I forget to carry Lactaid with me and stop by a fast food restaurant for a milkshake, by the time I get home, I get an upset stomach and/or diarrhea. I eat ice cream nightly and always take my Lactaid so I can enjoy it without worrying about getting a negative reaction. We have bought 2 boxes of 98 Lactaid Caplets monthly for many years. I do not plan to ever be without them in the future. I highly recommend Lactaid Caplets to my family, friends and anyone who have digestive issues with dairy products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an intolerance for lactose and I have been avoiding eating dairy products for several years because of it. I have heard that there were products available to ease the discomfort associated with eating dairy, but have not tried any of them. I received a sample of LACTAID fast Act Caplets from Home Tester Club so I decided to give it a try. I took one caplet prior to eating yogurt and was surprised that I didn't have the gas and discomfort I normally get after dairy products. I'm excited to continue to be able to enjoy dairy products again. The only thing I'm not sure of is how much I can consume and get relief with just one pill. I'll have to experiment (maybe with ice cream!)

The caplets aren’t effective for me. The chewables work much better. If I use these, I get some slight relief from what I’d normally experience without lactase, but not nearly enough to make it worth it. If you want to eat dairy and get relief, go for the chewables. They don’t taste great, but they work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after trying my free sample of Lactaid fast act Caplets from the Home Tester Club i can now eat and drink dairy. normally i just avoid the good stuff (made with real milk) but now i can take these small pills with me and not have to worry about it. they are easy to swallow and better then the chew able ones since they don't compromise the taste of your food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a sample of Lactaid from Home Tester Club but didn't notice any difference in my ability to digest dairy. I think my problems with diary come from calcium as opposed to lactose. The pills were bitter but easy to swallow.

I was happily surprised at the results, no symptoms. Since then it has been wonderful to have the freedom to eat and try what I want instead of being so selective of my choices. Great Product will continue to use.

This is my 2nd time taking this product and I am experiencing extreme nausea, vomiting and excruciating stomach pain. When I experienced these issues the 1st time, I thought it was food poisoning, it wasn't until now that I realized it's the product.
