[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiveing the sample from home testers club I started taking Lactaid fast act and I got immediate relief from the gas and bloating from the foods I love best.

Until Lactaid Pills and Milk were invented, I had had NO dairy at all for almost 15 years. I had started to develop health problems caused by this. Lactaid has given my life back to me. I can now stop at the Ice Cream Truck and say Yes!

I am lactose intolerant and have used this product. In the past I have always been leery of products that say *fast acting* This product from Lactaid actually lives up to it's name! It does work quickly and effectively!

So far, this seems to work pretty good; however, are you to swallow with water, dissolve in mouth, or chew? It doesn't state on the packaging. Thank you!
