[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving Lactaid® Fast Act Caplets in the mail for free from Home Tester Club, I started to take them every day before I ate my breakfast cereal or my cup of milk. It has helped me out considerably. I would recommend this to anyone who wants the freedom to enjoy lactose-infused foods again without the worry.

Every time I drank coffee with milk in it or ate ice cream I would have serious gas and bloating - super uncomfortable. I was on vacation and decided to buy these and to my surprise they work great. No more discomfort and I can now enjoy Starbucks and Coldstone IceCream. I did notice that the fast act caplets that are individually wrapped work better for me than the original caplets in the bottle. The fast act caplets I only need 1 and the original I need 3, so I prefer the fast act individually wrapped in the box, not the bottle.

I was diagnosed with total intolerance to lactose more than twenty years ago, and, after experimenting with a variety of supplements/digestive aids, I discovered the Lactaid brand. Lactaid Fast Act allows me to digest foods whose labels caution that they are ' produced on equipment that is also used to produce dairy products' without getting any side effects such as indigestion or upset stomach. In March of 2015, I began to have stomach and intestinal problems which included a lot of diarrhea. After several months of trying to figure out what was wrong, I remembered reading about some people being lactose intolerant. So I checked it out on the internet, then I purchased some Lactaid milk and pills in May 2015. Within few days of using the Lactaid milk & pills, the problems I was having stopped. Every so often, maybe 2 or 3 times a month I might have a little diarrhea problem, but not even close as I had before. I do notice that I have to take at least 1 Lactaid pill a day.

I have tried other supplements and have avoided dairy products because of my lactose intolerance. I was pleasantly impressed with the Lactaid tablets! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did receive this product for free from home testers club in the mail, in a full 32 chew tablet package and it was an amazing product to use and easy to chew. I enjoyed the fast action on my body and no gas effect of the product and I did not feel any nausea or discomfort with this product. I hope that the tablet will be issue in the near future in a more tasteful flavor such as raspberry or strawberry flavor to relieve the bitter taste after taste. I had to quickly bit into my meal to relieve myself of that after taste and that is the only disliked. Although, the benefits outweighed the taste of the product. I rated the product an eight of a scale of ten. The ingredients are also safe and I feel comfortable with it mission to aide the symptoms of diary consumption.
