This is a great product comes in different forms. There is a round tablet chocolate flavor that you don't need with water. There is the regular oval long pill that I use with water. I am lactose intolerant and I've been using this product for more then 5 yrs.

I struggle with lactose intolerance and discovering Lactaid has helped me be able to enjoy ice cream and dairy products without issue once again and I am so happy I have this product! I use this probably once a day and it has no adverse side effects I recommend this if you struggle with lactose intolerance as well.

If you're lactose yeah enjoy the guilty pleasures of dairy here and there. These should be around and hoarded it's an item that's useful. They did meet my expectations it takes about an hour to provide comfort. I find it works best if you were to take it prior to consuming the dairy.
