I was worried about the reviews of those who were sick after taking these, but that wasn't the case for me at all. This is a great product comes in different forms. There is a round tablet chocolate flavor that you don't need with water. There is the regular oval long pill that I use with water. I am lactose intolerant and I've been using this product for more then 5 yrs.

The caplets aren't effective for me. The chewables work much better. If I use these, I get some slight relief from what I'd normally experience without lactase, but not nearly enough to make it worth it. If you want to eat dairy and get relief, go for the chewables. They don't taste great, but they work.

I always doubted products aimed for those suffering with lactose intolerance, I finally had enough and caved and bought this product after a bought with blue bell ice cream my fav. 30 minutes after my ice cream binge nothing...than an hour later...then 3 hours...then night time...this product is magic! These pills help me through out the day eating dairy. The pills are very small and require little effort to sallow. You only take 3 pills and you are good to eat dairy for around 30 minutes. I am really satisfied with the results of this product and I recommend it to anyone who is lactose intolerant .

I buy these regularly since I'm lactose intolerant. They don't completely get rid of the effects of dairy for me, but they work well enough that I'm not completely dying and I definitely regret it if I don't take them. Definitely a must-have product for me.
