[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after trying my free sample of Lactaid fast act Caplets from the Home Tester Club i can now eat and drink dairy. normally i just avoid the good stuff (made with real milk) but now i can take these small pills with me and not have to worry about it. they are easy to swallow and better then the chew able ones since they don't compromise the taste of your food.

I usually have issues with eating dairy, cheese and ice cream in particular. I was nervous to try them, but AMAZED at how well they worked!! I could not have been happier. My husband has the same issues and began using them as well. He loves them just as much as I do. I cannot recommend this product enough!

I’ve been taking these for years, upwards of 20 and they’re the ONLY one that works. Without the help of Lactaid, I’d have a really boring diet; I never have cow’s milk anyway, can’t bear the thought, sight or smell of it, but cheese can be eaten without any problem with these.

When I reached my 20's for some reason I couldn't tolerate dairy anymore. Milk and ice cream especially would leave me miserable with gas pain and diarrhea. I suffered for a long time or just avoided these items until I found Lactaid and now, with Lactaid Fast Act Caplets I can eat dairy without worry sooner than before!

I use them to eat oreos lol. Few days later nausea and diarrhea. Not sure why but Im guessing this is from the body digesting non dairy foods and pushing it leftover contents from the intestine. If you need it take it but wouldn't take it too much or eat too much dairy. Know your body limits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to personally thank the Home Tester Club for sending me the most amazing discovery of this century. I received a sample of Lactaid Fast Act tablets in the mail last week. I immediately wanted to test this product. I followed the simple instructions, one pill right before eating any dairy product. To my amazement i was able to eat a bowl of cereal without having any major gas related complications. Finally I am free again to enjoy all my favorite dairy products. Including my all time favorite ice cream. So a big shout out to the makers of Lactaid and the Home Testers Club for my new found freedom. Trust me if you have any problems from eating dairy give this a try, you won't be sorry!

My mother bought this pill for me as I recently found I was lactose intolerant. She made my favorite dish of hers, poppyseed chicken casserole and I was so happy I could eat it. Though soon after I ate I felt really sick. I thought I had just not had enough of them due to that fact I only took 1 pill. Now I am extremely nauseous and my stomach hurts bad. Not to mention, I’ve had severe diarrhea. This did not help, and this lactaid pill almost ruined my favorite meal. Am currently dealing with the consequences of this product:(

Being limited to eating only certain foods and having to avoid food and drinks that you love makes you feel like you're being 'held hostage' to a certain extent. Now, with Lactaid Fast Act, I no longer have those restrictions hanging over my head!! I'm eating foods I haven't enjoyed in forever!! Needless to say, I will be keeping Lactaid Fast Act Caplets stocked at my house!!
