I think I have literally tried everything over the counter to ease my discomforts with dairy products of any kind. Even drinking coffee was becoming impossible for me. With the Lactaid Fast Act Caplets, I am back to drinking coffee and fully enjoying dairy again! I have been taking the caplets for 2 weeks now, and really enjoy food again. I took the product per directions with my first bite of food and did not suffer any symptoms related to lactose intolerance. A handy case to carry in my purse would be nice as I tend to forget to stash some packets every day.

I was born with lactose intolerance, but it went away at a very young age. Within the last few years, it's gotten worse again to the point where I have to be careful how much milk I ingest when eating a bowl of cereal. Since discovering these Lactaid pills, they've been a live changer. I can finally enjoy dairy products again and I always keep one with me! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these tablets in the mail. I read the instructions and saved the box. Well i was craving an ice cream cone so I took a tablet. I did not get any discomfort at all after eating the cone. Another time, I wanted another cone, so I took a tablet. After about an hour, I did get gassy but with no stomach discomfort. I usually get colliccy and with stomach discomfort.

My little lactose intolerant daughters love the chewable - to them it tastes good, and it immediately relieves their stomach pains. I tried it today after getting a stomach ache from too much dairy in my meal. As soon as it dissolved in my mouth, my tongue and throat burned and I vomited for a good 5 minutes. My throat still tingles but the nausea passed after getting it out! Yuck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally don't like taking anything I don't have to, BUT Lactaid caplets give me the freedom and option to eat ice cream and queso when I am craving it!! Thanks to my free sample from Home Tester Club, I was reminded that I don't always have to say "Cut the dairy!" They work fast, and keep me discomfort free about 98% of the time.

I need 4 to 6 of the 9000 FCC units of lactase, even then that is not always enough for a meal with dairy. Lactaid doesn't have a bottle of these pills. Instead they individually wrap each pill so they can charge you more. And other companies have all jumped on that bandwagon. This is very expensive. If they cared about the consumer they could make a stronger pill or at least have a bulk option so I don't have to open all these pills at every meal. Or have all these big boxes when I could have a small bottle.

I have always had moderate lactose intolerance, and tend to get gassy and bloated when I eat dairy. I tried this product and it allowed me to enjoy normal dairy foods that I would've otherwise avoided! It is really good at preventing negative side effects of lactose. I would highly recommend this.
