I get gas and bloating from many dairy products and Lactaid allowed me to not have to worry about this. Over the years I have just eliminated dairy from my diet but now I feel that I have an option that works when the need arises.

I tried to actually have some ice cream and iced coffee with milk in it, and I regretted!!! I took the Lactaid as directed each time and felt no relief from my distress! I have avoided dairy for a long time for this reason, but thought I should try Lactaid. I really was hoping it would work.

I usually have issues with eating dairy, cheese and ice cream in particular. I was nervous to try them, but AMAZED at how well they worked!! I could not have been happier. My husband has the same issues and began using them as well. He loves them just as much as I do. I cannot recommend this product enough!

I have used lactaid milk products without issue, so I bought this a week ago or so to try it and regret it completely. Like others in these reviews, I experienced severe nausea and vomiting a few hours after taking lactaid fast act, and it took a few times to connect the dots. There is NO excuse for failing to list nausea and vomiting as a potential (if uncommon) side effect on the box when they've received as many reviews like this one as lactaid has. If only I had read these reviews before I took it, then I would have only had to suffer once before realizing that lactaid fast act is not for me.

Thanks to my free sample from Home Tester Club, I was reminded that I don't always have to say "Cut the dairy!" They work fast, and keep me discomfort free about 98% of the time.

I have had no symptoms like I usually have - no bloating or gas. Thank goodness! I feel confident again so my fears to enjoy the little things I love are no issue anymore :) Very happy!

I was so excited, that I stopped on the way home and bought a cheesecake! These pills helped tremendously! I still had a bit of discomfort, but not enought to make me stop eating that cheesecake!
