I typically don't eat or drink much dairy but when I occasionally want to treat myself with ice cream or frozen yogurt, I will be able to with out worrying about lactose intolerance.

I will be one to admit I did not believe this would do anything to help my issues. Although my mom and sister encouraged me to try this product I was still hesitant because of my history with dairy. It has been several years since I've had milk and ice cream while minimizing my intake with other dairy products (cheese...etc) because I was literally afraid of the consequences I would face later. I am happy I tried this product, I was so scared leading to my big day ( I know it sounds crazy to you but this was an event in my home) my husband was nervous because hes my masseur when things get UGLY. if you suffer like myself I would truly advise you to give this product a try, what more can you lose? Look at me I lost several years of good strawberry, chocolate and vanilla don't let this be you!

I have used the product for the past week, and when I take a pill with my first bite of dairy, I have experienced no major discomfort due to consuming dairy products. So glad I took this pill before I got in a train to the city. I ate my sandwich and now there’s high chance I’m going to vomit all over the train car. I thought I could make till at least 50 before pooping my pants as an adult, but that life goal is in jeopardy today. I’d rather take my chances with the lactose.

Especially, when it involves my lactose intolerant. There is nothing worse than not being able to enjoy what you like. I am a HUGE fan of cheese. SO I took a caplet of Lactaid Fast Act and prayed for the best. An hour after eating the grilled cheese sandwich I was still fine. No bloating or gas all day long. The next day we went for frozen yogurt(this is usually when I get gas, bloating diarrhea and the upchucks). Not one of the symptoms came to be. I have been using them every day for 3 weeks. I have since bought my own package of Lactaid. I will continue to buy it because it works. Thank you Lactaid and thank you Hone Tester Club!!
