I just tried these pills yesterday at the state fair and they worked amazing! I was FINALLY able to have ice cream and cheesy foods with minimal discomfort. I'm so thankful for all the Lactaid products, but especially this because not everyone carries lactose free options and these come in handy.

When I took Lactaid I can definitely say that I didn't get bloated or gassy. I didn't need to take multiple caps since I only had ice cream with it. I would recommend this product to people that have lactose issues, I think that you will notice a marked difference to not using this product at all. I do think that having to take multiple pills throughout one's meal could be a bit tedious but determining how many you would need is up to the individual. Overall, its a good staple product to have if you have dairy issues.

I usually cannot enjoy a milkshake and stay away from things made with a lot of milk. My husband was going to get ice cream and I had him get me a large milkshake. I tried one caplet with my shake. I did have some discomfort after consuming the shake but not as bad as usual. About 1 week later I decided to try again. I got another large shake and took two caplets with it. I received none of the usual symptoms that I would usually get when consuming a milk shake. So I feel that the Lactaid did what it said it would. I was surprised when reading the label that it contains natural ingredients. I like that and will surely be using it again. I am glad that I can enjoy some of the foods that I love but could not enjoy before!

Yes yes yes yes! Ever since I had my baby and my gallbladder removed my body has been acting crazy, I no longer tolerate lactose so this caplets come in handy, they do their job quick if you take them how you’re supposed to. A 10/10, totally recommend.

I am lactose intolerant and have taken Lactaid in the past while eating cheese and pizza. The first 2 times I felt a little nauseous but was able to sleep it off and wasn’t sure if it was caused from the lactaid. Last night I decided to give it another try and only had 1/2 a pill. Within a couple hours of dinner, the nausea started to kick in and then vomiting. I will never take lactaid again or recommend it! My severe gas pains caused by lactose intolerance are much better than the way I felt after taking this medicine!

It has helped me out considerably. I would recommend this to anyone who wants the freedom to enjoy lactose-infused foods again without the worry.

These work well for me - if I remember to take them! However - I detest the individual packaging!! Do you still package them in a bottle so I don’t have to fuss with opening up an annoying packet each time I take one? If so, where can I purchase them? If not - please consider adding that option again!
