This product works really well for me. I would have very bad cramps when every I ate dairy products so I saw commercial on tv about this product so I tried it and it worked. I told my daughters about it they love also. I told my friends and family they also love lactate so it's a winner

I normally suffer from what feels like indigestion or bloating immediately after eating dairy products; more so when it is yogurt or ice cream. I tried the product and it did take away some of the bloating feeling I had. Although, it did not relieve the symptoms completely.

I need 4 to 6 of the 9000 FCC units of lactase, even then that is not always enough for a meal with dairy. Lactaid doesn't have a bottle of these pills. Instead they individually wrap each pill so they can charge you more. And other companies have all jumped on that bandwagon. This is very expensive. If they cared about the consumer they could make a stronger pill or at least have a bulk option so I don't have to open all these pills at every meal. Or have all these big boxes when I could have a small bottle.

Wonderful product helps so much for lactose intolerance I love the pill workes better if I take it 10 minutes after i eat have been using this product for 3 years can't see eating dairy without it thanks Johnson & Johnson for another wonderful product

I will be one to admit I did not believe this would do anything to help my issues. Although my mom and sister encouraged me to try this product I was still hesitant because of my history with dairy. It has been several years since I've had milk and ice cream while minimizing my intake with other dairy products (cheese...etc) because I was literally afraid of the consequences I would face later. I am happy I tried this product, I was so scared leading to my big day ( I know it sounds crazy to you but this was an event in my home) my husband was nervous because hes my masseur when things get UGLY. if you suffer like myself I would truly advise you to give this product a try, what more can you lose? Look at me I lost several years of good strawberry, chocolate and vanilla don't let this be you!

Lactaid products work for me. I was born lactose intolerant. My mother said I couldn't tolerate breast milk. They tried me on cow milk and then goat milk. My childhood was filled with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I avoided milk products for years. Lactaid is the only product that works for me. Fermented milk products and Lactaid is the way to go.

Every time I drank coffee with milk in it or ate ice cream I would have serious gas and bloating - super uncomfortable. I was on vacation and decided to buy these and to my surprise they work great. No more discomfort and I can now enjoy Starbucks and Coldstone IceCream. I did notice that the fast act caplets that are individually wrapped work better for me than the original caplets in the bottle. The fast act caplets I only need 1 and the original I need 3, so I prefer the fast act individually wrapped in the box, not the bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say it just works. The pill isn't immediate I do have to wait 20 or so minutes before im able to eat dairy, and im ok with that. It's long lasting and keeps my problems to a bare minimum I.e.slight discomfort as opposed to serve.
