This product did not help me. Unfortunately the type of lactose intolerance/sensitivity that I have is much worse. I use a daily probiotic instead to help me deal with and even prevent symptoms. I'm sure the lactaid would work if my symptoms were not as bad or as frequent.

I was worried about the reviews of those who were sick after taking these, but that wasn’t the case for me at all. Taken about an hour before drinking a milkshake (a usual culprit for extreme digestive discomfort), it allowed me to enjoy my evening in peace. I love that they come in individual packets to easily keep in my handbag.

I have heard that there were products available to ease the discomfort associated with eating dairy, but have not tried any of them. I received a sample of LACTAID fast Act Caplets from Home Tester Club so I decided to give it a try. I took one caplet prior to eating yogurt and was surprised that I didn't have the gas and discomfort I normally get after dairy products. I'm excited to continue to be able to enjoy dairy products again. The only thing I'm not sure of is how much I can consume and get relief with just one pill. I'll have to experiment (maybe with ice cream!)

I find it inconvenient to remember that take before eating dairy. Perhaps if I was diligent about it I might like it better. Overall I think this is a good idea product if used properly. I have had friends who swear by it!

Sadly as we get older our bodies start to change. Well I'm one of those people but the even worse thing is I CANNOT GO WITHOUT my cookies and milk, or cereal, ice cream, you name it, I have to have my milk. Well these caplets are a life saver. They really really work. I need to take 2 of them though but they are great and the vanilla flavor is not bad at all.

I have been taking the pills for years when I eat dairy products. Taking 3-4 capsules usually does the trick for me. I just have a regular bowel movement the next day. I have never vomited from taking this product. I am sorry to hear that others have. I also only drink Lactaid or non-dairy milk.

I get bad gas from milk and ice cream so I purchased these pills. I took them according to the instructions and got violently ill with severe stomach cramps and nausea. I thought that it might be a fluke so I took the pills again a week later and again got really sick. My daughter tried them and also got sick. They need to list this as a side effect. It was brutal.
