This is a great product that really does work. I used to fear that I would not be able to enjoy my favorite foods after i discovered that I was Lactose Intolerant. My grandmother suggested LACTAID Fast Act Caplets and I no longer had to worry about missing out on my favorites. It is as easy as taking the pill, eating your meal, and forgetting about it.

I tried to actually have some ice cream and iced coffee with milk in it, and I regretted!!! I took the Lactaid as directed each time and felt no relief from my distress! I have avoided dairy for a long time for this reason, but thought I should try Lactaid. I really was hoping it would work.

Then I can take something usually I take fiber pills, it helps a little and I eat a lot of popcorn. I took 1 lactaid after my 4 hours was up and it help a lot. Thank You
