I am happy to say that after trying the lactaid tablets, I was able to drink milk, eat ice cream and enjoy dairy again with a happy tummy. Tryed to eat a big bowl of ice cream the real stuff and I had ZERO SYMTOMS . thus way better than having to eat lactose free . last week I thpught i had bought lactose free ice cream so I when to town on that sucker then when I realized it was infact not lactose free it did not end well lets just say I read an entire magazine on the toilet that night but this pill fixed that for me so 5 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the Lactaid Fast Act Caplets I was excited to see that the sample wasn't just a couple pills but a full box. This gave me the chance to try the product with several different dairy foods to see how it worked. Well it worked out great. I was able to eat the things I love, which is all dairy, without the discomfort. Normally I will have bloating, gas, upset stomach or have to run off to the bathroom. With the Lactaid Caplets at hand I don't have to worry about that anymore. I can now wear my tight dress and not have to worry that I will bloat when enjoying my dessert. I am free to enjoy dairy without worrying that I would have to leave the function and run off towards a bathroom. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has issues when eating dairy and still wants to enjoy them with out any issues.

I was happily surprised at the results, no symptoms. Since then it has been wonderful to have the freedom to eat and try what I want instead of being so selective of my choices. Great Product will continue to use.

At first I was so excited that I found a “hack” to being able to enjoy dairy. I took this a few weeks ago and felt sick shortly after. I wondered if it was the food I ate. Took some again today with lunch and bam, I can barely move. I compare it to when you take something like iron or zinc on an empty stomach. But that is usually short lived and goes away after 20 mins. This is going on hour 3. My mouth is dry, I’m on the verge of vomiting and am confident it’s from the lactaid. Please be careful when taking this. It’s not worth it in my opinion. I’d rather deal with the dairy.

All I was asked to do was to write a review on my experience with the product. I love my dairy products and always have. I never ever used to have a problem consuming dairy however, within the last 2 years that has all changed. I found myself avoiding dairy because I didn't want to deal with the gas and bloating that I would experience after consuming the dairy. After taking the LACTAID Fast Act Caplets right before taking my first bite or drink of dairy products I am a super happy woman. They REALLY WORK. I have been taking them for a couple of weeks now and will continue to take them. From the very first day that I took the caplets (before consuming dairy) I no longer had to deal with the gas or bloating that can come from dairy. I am a believer and I am so happy I no longer have to be afraid of dairy.

These pills help me through out the day eating dairy. The pills are very small and require little effort to sallow. You only take 3 pills and you are good to eat dairy for around 30 minutes. I am really satisfied with the results of this product and I recommend it to anyone who is lactose intolerant .
