I have trouble with stomach cramping and pain when I eat milk based products, such as ice cream. So I have avoided them, for the most part, for years. Once I tried the Lactaid pill I was able to enjoy ice cream again without having to worry that my stomach would be hurting afterwards. I will continue to purchase Lactaid in the future. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to try this!

Sadly as we get older our bodies start to change. Well I'm one of those people but the even worse thing is I CANNOT GO WITHOUT my cookies and milk, or cereal, ice cream, you name it, I have to have my milk. Well these caplets are a life saver. They really really work. I need to take 2 of them though but they are great and the vanilla flavor is not bad at all.

Like many on this thread, I have experienced severe nausea and vomiting with the Lactaid Fast Act- Extra Strength capsules (as recommended by my physician). I was hoping that it would be the answer for me but it is definitely not. Will not be taking again.

My partner was lactose intolerant and just suffered before finding this product. We tried it a long time ago, but the first time she took a pill and was able to eat ice cream without getting sick, she never looked back. I tell everyone about this product!

Before trying Lactaid Fast Act Caplets I was afraid to have any dairy product, but after trying Lactaid everything change. I am able to eat pizza, treat myself with ice cream and finally I am able to have cereal again without feeling bloated or gassy. I truly recommend Lactaid Fast Act Caplets.

I don't know if it's just the Fast Act lactaid or what, but every single time I take one, I get severe upper stomach pains, like doubled over ready to cry pain... And really really bad nausea. Not sure why. But I'm done with these. I'd rather have the diarrhea.

I have always been lactose intolerant but have always been able to tolerate diary products with minimal symptoms. As I have grown older (I am 54 now), my lactose intolerance has gotten worse: painful cramps, bloating, gassiness, diarrhea/constipation. I started taking Lactaid Fast Act Caplets about a month ago and ALL my symptoms have gone away. What a life saver for me! Now, I carry the caplets with me in my purse and lunch bag at work. Plus I love that the dose is ONE caplet per meal instead of 3 tablets!

I am lactose intolerant and have taken Lactaid in the past while eating cheese and pizza. The first 2 times I felt a little nauseous but was able to sleep it off and wasn’t sure if it was caused from the lactaid. Last night I decided to give it another try and only had 1/2 a pill. Within a couple hours of dinner, the nausea started to kick in and then vomiting. I will never take lactaid again or recommend it! My severe gas pains caused by lactose intolerance are much better than the way I felt after taking this medicine!

Interesting, I will continue to use the product. It was definitely a bonus to try it as a product I had receive for free thru Home Tester Club. Thanks.

I used this product for a couple of days and what I noticed as a significant change was the absence of pain and discomfort in my stomach when taking the caplet with my first bite of the dairy product. I did still experience a little bit of gas after the consumption of the dairy products, but the amount was much less than usual. As stated before, my biggest advantage was the absence of pain and discomfort after eating the dairy products. The only other downside I had was the fact that I had to remember to have the caplets with or on me wherever I went in case I was going to eat dairy. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that suffers from any issues with dairy.
