Honestly I had not purchased a product like this before because I didn't feel that it would be more effective than what I was currently using. This product worked very well and I had no issues when eating dairy like I normally do. What I was using treated the problems that dairy caused after eating but with this product it prevented any issues and gave me my freedom and confidence back to enjoy what I want. Great product, very effective and I would recommend this to anyone having issues with dairy.

I Have now tried LACTAID Fast act caplets on several occasions. Each time the product worked exactly as the claims stated. I had no adverse reaction to dairy at all. I tried cereal and milk at first to ease into the trial but by the time I'd done that 3 or 4 times I decided to go ahead and eat ice cream. To my delight, I had no reaction to the dairy and the tablets worked like a dream. I am hooked and have already purchased another box to have on hand. I love that the pills come in individual little packages so I can easily throw a few in my pocket or purse incase I stop for dinner or snacks when I'm away from home. I have already recommended this to several family members and am recommending them to anyone else that is in need of this type of product.

I randomly became lactose intolerant 10 years ago, but it wasn't until 9 years ago when I discovered the Lactaid brand. This brand, and these caplets especially, let me enjoy all of the things I thought I had to give up eating! Now meals with friends and family always lead with the question "do you have your Lactaid?”

This gave me the chance to try the product with several different dairy foods to see how it worked. Well it worked out great. I was able to eat the things I love, which is all dairy, without the discomfort. Normally I will have bloating, gas, upset stomach or have to run off to the bathroom. With the Lactaid Caplets at hand I don't have to worry about that anymore. I can now wear my tight dress and not have to worry that I will bloat when enjoying my dessert. I am free to enjoy dairy without worrying that I would have to leave the function and run off towards a bathroom. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has issues when eating dairy and still wants to enjoy them with out any issues.
