I had never used this particular product before and believe me I was a skeptic since no product had ever really worked for me! I had always had to deal with the after effects of eating milk with my cereal, ice cream for dessert and even some cheeses would upset my stomach. I was so relieved and excited that something finally worked for me!! I would certainly recommend Lactaid Fast Act Caplets to anyone who is lactose intolerant! I now will have this in my home for the times I want to enjoy dairy and not feel like I have to deal with the symptoms of bloating, diarrhea or any thing else! I haven't been able to enjoy regular dairy milk for more than 5 years without having horrible pains and the smelliest gas imaginable. I took two caplets and poured myself some ice cold milk. They worked like described and I was able to enjoy a big glass of milk without being doubled over and running everyone out of the house.I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion.

I normally suffer from what feels like indigestion or bloating immediately after eating dairy products; more so when it is yogurt or ice cream. I tried the product and it did take away some of the bloating feeling I had. Although, it did not relieve the symptoms completely.

These pills help me through out the day eating dairy. The pills are very small and require little effort to sallow. You only take 3 pills and you are good to eat dairy for around 30 minutes. I am really satisfied with the results of this product and I recommend it to anyone who is lactose intolerant .
