I have not been able to consume these products for a long time due to lactose intolerance. I was able to eat these without any discomfort after taking the LACTAID Fast Act Caplets.

When I take Lactaid Fast Act Caplets, I an enjoy milk in my coffee again without cramping, gas, or diarrhea. It is like being a child again when I could consume all the dairy I wanted with no ill effects. This product gave me the freedom to enjoy milk, pudding and ice cream again whenever and wherever I desire, with no ill effects. Thank you for introducing me to it, Lactaid Fast Act Caplets are now always with me so I can take control of my symptoms and enjoy dairy again.

Like many on this thread, I have experienced severe nausea and vomiting with the Lactaid Fast Act- Extra Strength capsules (as recommended by my physician). I was hoping that it would be the answer for me but it is definitely not. Will not be taking again.

I typically don't eat or drink much dairy but when I occasionally want to treat myself with ice cream or frozen yogurt, I will be able to with out worrying about lactose intolerance.

I used these as a child between the ages of 7 and 14. I was lactose intolerant during those 7 years. If I did not have one of these, I could not eat one drop of ANYTHING that contained milk without going straight to the bathroom. I honestly don't know what I would've done without these. I love to eat dairy products and I am lactose intolerant. I used this product before hand and it helps with the reduction of bloating, gas and stomach issues that's associated with lactose intolerance. Great product. I highly recommend this product. AA+.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There needs to be a warning label on this product. This product dose the exact opposite of what it says. This product made me very ill for about a week until I stopped and realized it was the source of making me sick. Dealt with severe stomach pains & nausea. Never again will spend another dime on any lactaid product. As I believe this is false advertising for not including a warning label and warning others on the true side effects that they will experience.
