[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say it just works. The pill isn't immediate I do have to wait 20 or so minutes before im able to eat dairy, and im ok with that. It's long lasting and keeps my problems to a bare minimum I.e.slight discomfort as opposed to serve.

I used to consume a lot of dairy, but as I got older my body liked it less and less. It got to the point where I could have a bowl of cereal or yogurt occasionally and if I was lucky nothing would happen. That's why I was interested in trying the caplets. The first time I tried them I had no problems. There was no bloating, gas, it was great! It was so nice not to have an upset system. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for relief from dairy issues.

What is the Lactase derived from? From Corn, Aspergillus Niger or something else? Please put this on your label the origin of the Lactase enzyme so we can be educated consumers. This is expecially important for consumers who may avoid Corn OR are sensItive to the Aspergillus Niger mold.

I recently started to become lactos a few years back but it has been getting a lot worse. I changed my diet to exclude any milk but still the little things like a piece of candy can upset my tummy. I was very excited to try these pills. I had hope that maybe I can be normal again. I've only been using these pills for a week now and let me tell you, they work! The difference is amazing! I can eat milk products and drink milk itself and I wont have tummy troubles! The only thing I can say that is a let down is Im still incredibly bloated. Today is actually the first day I woke up less bloated than normal but still bloated. Im hoping over time these pills will eliminate the bloating completely! Thank you, home tester club and Lactaid!

I always doubted products aimed for those suffering with lactose intolerance, I finally had enough and caved and bought this product after a bought with blue bell ice cream my fav. 30 minutes after my ice cream binge nothing...than an hour later...then 3 hours...then night time...this product is magic! Seriously I can enjoy so much more with these tablets! I am truly amazed and so thankful to have tried these. It’s simple, take with the first bite and you’re set. No gas, no painful cramps, or bowl movement! I now carry a pack in my bag for when I’m out and about, and even give them out to friends! My life has changed for the better thanks to this amazing product!

I have tried different types of enzymes and probiotics that claim to help with lactose into lance however I always come back to the Lactaid pills. I take them either before the meal if I know it will contain dairy or after a meal if some dairy was inadvertently used. They work every time. Love these little pills. The chewable is also very convenient. I carry both types with me at all times.

I had no bloating or gas/cramps. Then tested it by eating a bowl of cereal with milk and still no symptoms. Lactaid fast acting caplets really work well. I would recomend them to anyone who has difficulty with dairy products.

I was out to eat with a cute guy at a diner. He suggested we share a milkshake, which seemed romantic - except, for me, milkshakes were stomach assassins. I didn't know why, so I had simply avoided them. Now, though, I was confronted with my digestive nemesis. "I can't drink them," I confessed. "They make me feel awful." "Maybe you're lactose intolerant," he said. He slid a small white packet across the table. "Try this." I glanced at the Lactaid label and looked at him to make sure he took a tablet first. After seeing it was safe, I opened the packet and placed the tablet in my mouth. Half an hour later, the milkshake was gone, and my stomach had no complaints. I bought a box and have had a pleasant journey through countless dairy escapades since. As for the guy? We've been married 10 years now.

My 16 year old son is lactose intolerant so he tried them and they made it so he can eat and drink dairy products with out all the problems he normally has.
