[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item free from Home Testers club. I had my husband take this and while it worked for small servings of dairy, larger portions were still a challenge. It still did its job but not fully.

I always doubted products aimed for those suffering with lactose intolerance, I finally had enough and caved and bought this product after a bought with blue bell ice cream my fav. 30 minutes after my ice cream binge nothing...than an hour later...then 3 hours...then night time...this product is magic! Seriously I can enjoy so much more with these tablets! I am truly amazed and so thankful to have tried these. It’s simple, take with the first bite and you’re set. No gas, no painful cramps, or bowl movement! I now carry a pack in my bag for when I’m out and about, and even give them out to friends! My life has changed for the better thanks to this amazing product!

I get bad gas from milk and ice cream so I purchased these pills. I took them according to the instructions and got violently ill with severe stomach cramps and nausea. I thought that it might be a fluke so I took the pills again a week later and again got really sick. My daughter tried them and also got sick. They need to list this as a side effect. It was brutal.

I cannot eat diary without having gastric repercussions, so discovering Lactaid makes a big difference in my day. I love cheese and other diary products and now this means I can finally enjoy without worrying. I would highly recommend this product to anyone trying to control how diary runs their lives.

I struggle with lactose intolerance and discovering Lactaid has helped me be able to enjoy ice cream and dairy products without issue once again and I am so happy I have this product! I use this probably once a day and it has no adverse side effects I recommend this if you struggle with lactose intolerance as well.

My roommate swears by lactaid and has it before almost every meal. I tried it a few times and always ended up nauseous. The most recent (and final) time I took it, I became incredibly nauseous after about an hour, and it devolved into hours long stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after trying my free sample of Lactaid fast act Caplets from the Home Tester Club i can now eat and drink dairy. normally i just avoid the good stuff (made with real milk) but now i can take these small pills with me and not have to worry about it. they are easy to swallow and better then the chew able ones since they don't compromise the taste of your food.

The caplet was easy to swallow. It began working right away. I can now have dairy and am confident that I will be able to digest it without the gas and bloating.
