[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receipt of the LACTAID Fast Act Caplets, I was pleased to find that this product was the same one I have been using for years. I find it effective, convenient, and discreet. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone who has lactose sensitivity.

I have been taking lactaid for 25 yrs. It is a great product. I can now eat almost anything. I have a little difficulty eating ice cream sometimes but the fact that i can have cheese is great. I have lactose intolerence fairly bad have to take the pills with every meal. I have tried off brands but they do not work well. Thank you for making a great product.

I have tried other supplements and have avoided dairy products because of my lactose intolerance. I was pleasantly impressed with the Lactaid tablets! I have used lactaid milk products without issue, so I bought this a week ago or so to try it and regret it completely. Like others in these reviews, I experienced severe nausea and vomiting a few hours after taking lactaid fast act, and it took a few times to connect the dots. There is NO excuse for failing to list nausea and vomiting as a potential (if uncommon) side effect on the box when they've received as many reviews like this one as lactaid has. If only I had read these reviews before I took it, then I would have only had to suffer once before realizing that lactaid fast act is not for me.

My roommate swears by lactaid and has it before almost every meal. I tried it a few times and always ended up nauseous. The most recent (and final) time I took it, I became incredibly nauseous after about an hour, and it devolved into hours long stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea.

I was so excited, that I stopped on the way home and bought a cheesecake! These pills helped tremendously! I still had a bit of discomfort, but not enought to make me stop eating that cheesecake! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a lactose intolerance individual (especially cream based foods), I was excited when the Home Tester Club sent a sample of LACTAID® Fast Act Caplets to my house. I was thrilled when I ate ice cream (cream based) after taking my caplet. There was no discomfort or regret that I had just consumed ice cream. My family was happy for me as well. The packaging is easy to open and the caplet was easy to swallow. I now enjoy more cream based dairy products and love it!!
