[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had problems with lactose intolerence for years. But I never really had anything done for it from my doctor. I received my trial from HomeTesterClub and put it to use right away. It says to take with the first bite. Well I did. I took one pill with a drink of milk and ate a bowl of ice cream. To my astonishment and surprise I really didn't have any gas pains or cramps or any of the symptoms I normally have with dairy products. I'm definitely a fan now! Will tell my family and friends!

After trying the product I realized that I started to have less problems with eating dairy with continued use. It took continued use for me to get my system used to it before I really noticed a difference. I usually avoid drinking milk due to the issues it causes and have had to many times skip breakfast, because I was afraid to eat cereal with milk if it was all we had left before grocery day. This product has helped in building a tolerance to the milk so that I can enjoy something as simple as having a bowl of cereal. I give it 4 out of 5 stars, because it does work, but after some continued use not right with the very first pill.

I always doubted products aimed for those suffering with lactose intolerance, I finally had enough and caved and bought this product after a bought with blue bell ice cream my fav. 30 minutes after my ice cream binge nothing...than an hour later...then 3 hours...then night time...this product is magic! Seriously I can enjoy so much more with these tablets! I am truly amazed and so thankful to have tried these. It’s simple, take with the first bite and you’re set. No gas, no painful cramps, or bowl movement! I now carry a pack in my bag for when I’m out and about, and even give them out to friends! My life has changed for the better thanks to this amazing product!

I used these as a child between the ages of 7 and 14. I was lactose intolerant during those 7 years.
