I have had lactose intolerance for many years and this product worked better than anything I have used in the past. I would highly recommend this product to anyone needing help with lactose intolerance.

I have used lactaid milk products without issue, so I bought this a week ago or so to try it and regret it completely. Like others in these reviews, I experienced severe nausea and vomiting a few hours after taking lactaid fast act, and it took a few times to connect the dots. There is NO excuse for failing to list nausea and vomiting as a potential (if uncommon) side effect on the box when they've received as many reviews like this one as lactaid has. If only I had read these reviews before I took it, then I would have only had to suffer once before realizing that lactaid fast act is not for me.

The caplet was easy to swallow. It began working right away. I can now have dairy and am confident that I will be able to digest it without the gas and bloating. I would strongly recommended Lactaid Fast act Caplets to anyone who needs help digesting the dairy products.

Unfortunately, after about 1-1/2 hours I became ill (upset stomach, vomiting and diarrhea). I have tried other brands with negative results, so that's why I decided to give this product a try. This gave me the chance to try the product with several different dairy foods to see how it worked. Well it worked out great. I was able to eat the things I love, which is all dairy, without the discomfort. Normally I will have bloating, gas, upset stomach or have to run off to the bathroom. With the Lactaid Caplets at hand I don't have to worry about that anymore. I can now wear my tight dress and not have to worry that I will bloat when enjoying my dessert. I am free to enjoy dairy without worrying that I would have to leave the function and run off towards a bathroom. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has issues when eating dairy and still wants to enjoy them with out any issues.

My 16 year old son is lactose intolerant so he tried them and they made it so he can eat and drink dairy products with out all the problems he normally has. No bloating, gas, diarrhea, and uncomfortable stomach pain. They really do work!

Then I can take something usually I take fiber pills, it helps a little and I eat a lot of popcorn. I took 1 lactaid after my 4 hours was up and it help a lot. Thank You
