I am very happy that there is a product like LACTAID that will take care of all the problems associated with lactose intolerance. It works wonders!

I get bad gas from milk and ice cream so I purchased these pills. I took them according to the instructions and got violently ill with severe stomach cramps and nausea. I thought that it might be a fluke so I took the pills again a week later and again got really sick. My daughter tried them and also got sick. They need to list this as a side effect. It was brutal.

I was happy to get them because I have tried LACTAID milk in the past and love it. I expected great things and was not disappointed. Normally, I can't digest milk. If I drink it, I have horrible stomach cramping and other symptoms that last for 2 days. It really makes me sick as a dog. With the LACTAID® Fast Act Caplets, that isn't the case. I can have cereal again! I can drink hot chocolate! I can have any number of foods and beverages that call for milk and never worry about getting sick. It is wonderful. I would highly recommend LACTAID® Fast Act Caplets to anybody who is lactose intolerant. This product will totally change your experience with dairy products. You'll feel like you have your life back.

Nowhere on the box is it disclosed that SEVERE vomiting and diarrhea is a potential side effect of Lactaid supplements. This lack of disclosure causes many people to end up suffering through multiple episodes before they realize it is the Lactaid. It is REPREHENSIBLE for the company to do this to consumers, and it could be deadly for people who's health is already in a weakened state.

I literally would throw up drinking my favorite milk tea (boba) but now with the help of lactaid I can finish it without getting sick at all along with all my other favorite dairy cravings. I used to consume a lot of dairy, but as I got older my body liked it less and less. It got to the point where I could have a bowl of cereal or yogurt occasionally and if I was lucky nothing would happen. That's why I was interested in trying the caplets. The first time I tried them I had no problems. There was no bloating, gas, it was great! It was so nice not to have an upset system. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for relief from dairy issues.

I just happened to see these reviews and found others who also had fast onset of nausea and vomiting after taking fast acting Lactaid. the nausea and vomiting started about 30 minutes after my meal. I then continued with the nausea and then dry vomiting throughout the night. After taking it again a few weeks later, the same thing happened. I had no problems drinking your Lactaid Milk. I think this may have been caused by one of the following ingredients. Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium or Crospovidone.I now try not to purchase products with any of these ingredients and have not had the problem.

Lactaid Fast Act Caplets totally work for me, allowing me to eat like everybody else. My one problem--and the reason for four stars instead of 5--is the packaging. The original strength comes in a bottle, but I have to take three of those tabs to be equal to one Fast Act caplet. The Fast Act caplets only come individually foil wrapped, which is a pain. Please sell us the Fast Act caplets in a bottle!
