Thanks to my free sample from Home Tester Club, I was reminded that I don't always have to say "Cut the dairy!" They work fast, and keep me discomfort free about 98% of the time.

Fast Acting Lactaid saved my special dinners for everyone. I am the one who needs the Lactaid, but before I discovered it I was eliminating some of the family favorites from the dinner menu. Home made lasagna loaded with two types of cheese is my Grandson's favorite but when I couldn't eat it, I didn't make it. My personal favorite 3/2/1 Quiche was off the table as well with the two cups of half and half and a cup of Swiss cheese per pie. Now I can make my family happy and enjoy these comfort foods with the ones I love. I use the pills as the chewables have citric acid which is also a no no for me. Please don't ever change your capsuls, your competition has citric acid in their brands as well. Thank you for saving dinner.

I enjoyed ice cream with my granddaughter and I can now drink milk and had deviled eggs on Easter with my family and not one once of pain or gas... I have since stocked up on this Lactaid it gave me the freedom to enjoy dairy again...I give to my son now who is Lactose intolerant also and have told all my family members on Easter all 23 that attended...I am a firm believer in this product...

I learned after taking just 1 tablet before dairy that it was a mistake I am a Two Tablet person just one did not help but when I took two before I ate dairy ( milk, ice creams , cheese ) I did not get the bloating gas and I did not have to make mad dashes to the bathroom Thank you Lactaid Fast Act you work for me.

Then I can take something usually I take fiber pills, it helps a little and I eat a lot of popcorn. I took 1 lactaid after my 4 hours was up and it help a lot. Thank You

I tried to actually have some ice cream and iced coffee with milk in it, and I regretted!!! I took the Lactaid as directed each time and felt no relief from my distress! All I was asked to do was to write a review on my experience with the product. I love my dairy products and always have. I never ever used to have a problem consuming dairy however, within the last 2 years that has all changed. I found myself avoiding dairy because I didn't want to deal with the gas and bloating that I would experience after consuming the dairy. After taking the LACTAID Fast Act Caplets right before taking my first bite or drink of dairy products I am a super happy woman. They REALLY WORK. I have been taking them for a couple of weeks now and will continue to take them. From the very first day that I took the caplets (before consuming dairy) I no longer had to deal with the gas or bloating that can come from dairy. I usually cannot enjoy a milkshake and stay away from things made with a lot of milk. My husband was going to get ice cream and I had him get me a large milkshake. I tried one caplet with my shake. I did have some discomfort after consuming the shake but not as bad as usual. About 1 week later I decided to try again. I got another large shake and took two caplets with it. I received none of the usual symptoms that I would usually get when consuming a milk shake. So I feel that the Lactaid did what it said it would. I was surprised when reading the label that it contains natural ingredients. I like that and will surely be using it again. I am glad that I can enjoy some of the foods that I love but could not enjoy before!

I have been using Lactaid fast act pills since I’ve been in college. I was diagnosed with lactose intolerance when I was first year college student. I was suffering greatly even with nonfat milk so after finding these caplets, I was able to drink nondairy milk again. These are my go to and my lifeline so that I can enjoy a little bit of dairy in my life.
