[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my sample I was a little afraid to try because I always have so much pain eating dairy food, but I decided to try...OMG I can eat ice cream again!!!!! I enjoyed ice cream with my granddaughter and I can now drink milk and had deviled eggs on Easter with my family and not one once of pain or gas... I have since stocked up on this Lactaid it gave me the freedom to enjoy dairy again...I give to my son now who is Lactose intolerant also and have told all my family members on Easter all 23 that attended...I am a firm believer in this product...

Thanks to my free sample from Home Tester Club, I was reminded that I don't always have to say "Cut the dairy!" They work fast, and keep me discomfort free about 98% of the time.

I am very happy to say that for the first time in I don't know HOW long, I can enjoy milkshakes with my family! I had no discomfort from the milk! It works so well, that I've been splurging on cereal and ice cream this week lol. I finally feel 'normal' again. Lactaid Fast Act Caplets are definitely a staple for me now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of Lactaid Fast-acting Caplets from Home Testers Club. They really worked! I usually have to pour out any remaining milk after eating cereal, but by taking a caplet I was able to drink all of the remaining milk with no unpleasant effects.

These symptoms need to be listed as a side effect. The first time took lactaid I had sudden onset of vomiting and diarrhea which I thought was caused by food poisoning. The second dose I experienced nausea with abdominal cramping. I do recommend this product because I’ve used other Lactaid products which helped control my lactose intolerance issues. The product needs to be taken with caution.

They also work the same. Sometimes the Caplets work and sometimes they don't. That has always been my experience. But I've never used any others that were better.

After receiving them, I immediately took one before eating my dinner. It usually doesn't take long for my stomach to start acting up after I eat dairy. But with taking the Lactaid, it didn't act up. I didn't get the bloating feeling. Or the stomach ache I normally get. I would definitely recommend these to someone with Lactose Intolerance issues. They certainly helped me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I used the LACTAID fast act capsules which I received free from Home Tester Club, I did not get diarrhea or a full feeling, but I did still get stomach aches and still felt sick. It was a very weird experience, I will continue to use them until the trial is gone; but I probably would not purchase these.

I've had IBS for over 20 yrs and a couple of yrs ago was told had giuten intolerance but some of the symptoms like bloating and gas was still there then found out that I had lactose intolerance but did not know what to do. A couple of years ago a family member told me about Lactaid and I thought it would not work but I was getting so uncomfortable that I decided to try Lactaid started with one, then started two believe it or not I have to take three to feel good. It is not completely gone but it is extremely manageable and I won't go without it.
