[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from the Home Tester Club and I had used it a few years ago but I wasn't sure if it would still work with my digestive system. It's a product that allows me to enjoy milkshakes again without worrying if it will wreak havoc on my digestive system and upset my stomach.

These work great, but I don't understand why they don't sell them in bottles instead of single use packets only. I would buy the single use packets occasionally so I can carry some to eat out, but MOST of the time a bottle that I can just open and take a pill would be like every other supplement and pill that I take...CONVENIENT.

I have used these tablets for 20 or so years. They have saved me many times from uncomfortable pain. They are wonderful, try them you might like them. Make sure you take them on first bite. If it has been an hour or so since your first bite, and you continue to eat or drink milk products, take one more tablet.

I was able to eat ice cream and drink mile without any bloating or uncomfortable side effects that I would experience without Lactaid Fast Act. The caplets are easy to take and are very fast acting. I will be buying this to help my symptoms from now on,

I have only used Lactaid Fast-Acting Tablets a couple of times, and it worked great every time. The other night I had manicotti, which was loaded with cheese. It would have been a long night of suffering had I not taken Lactaid as I was beginning my meal. I spent the night symptom free with no pain/stomach upset whatsoever. I have recently discovered that I am now lactose intolerant, but not anymore. I'm glad I found Lactaid.

Yes yes yes yes! Ever since I had my baby and my gallbladder removed my body has been acting crazy, I no longer tolerate lactose so this caplets come in handy, they do their job quick if you take them how you’re supposed to. A 10/10, totally recommend.

For the past couple of years I have never realized I was lactose intolerant I always got stomach aches, cramps, and diarrhea. I never pin pointed what kept making me feel this way until I realized I was lactose intolerant, and finally I am able to eat the thing I used to love like ice cream and cereal. These work wonders and they really do help with the symptoms. I would very much recommend using these if you are lactose intolerant and want to enjoy ice cream again and other dairy products.
