I recently started to become lactos a few years back but it has been getting a lot worse. I changed my diet to exclude any milk but still the little things like a piece of candy can upset my tummy. I was very excited to try these pills. I had hope that maybe I can be normal again. I've only been using these pills for a week now and let me tell you, they work! The difference is amazing! I can eat milk products and drink milk itself and I wont have tummy troubles! The only thing I can say that is a let down is Im still incredibly bloated. I used to consume a lot of dairy, but as I got older my body liked it less and less. It got to the point where I could have a bowl of cereal or yogurt occasionally and if I was lucky nothing would happen. That's why I was interested in trying the caplets. The first time I tried them I had no problems. There was no bloating, gas, it was great! It was so nice not to have an upset system. I am very lactose in-tolerate but I have such a hard time giving up dairy, it's in so many things I love. I also drink chocolate milk every morning how most people would drink coffee. After I drink my regular diary milk every morning I have bad coughing spells that make me want to get sick and then I get bloating a hour or so after that. I've never tried a lactaid before for my in-tolerance. I'm the type of person that doesn't like to take pills much for anything. I absolutely love these Lactaid Fast Act Caplets!! The directions indicate "Take with your first bite of dairy", it seemed almost too good to be true. I did, however, do as directed and gave it the old college try. It worked!! No cramps, no gas, no glassy eyed "I wanna die" feelings at all!! I did miss dairy, but I don't have to anymore so long as I remember my Lactaid. It's simple, just take a pill before you consume (or with) your first bite and away you go, back to a better, gentler dairy experience.

I am very happy to say that for the first time in I don't know HOW long, I can enjoy milkshakes with my family! I had no discomfort from the milk! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Lactaid Fast Act caplets from home testers club. I tried it for over a week and found that it really is not for me. It did help with bloating. but the gas not enough and diarrhea was so much more than before using.

These work great, but I don't understand why they don't sell them in bottles instead of single use packets only. I would buy the single use packets occasionally so I can carry some to eat out, but MOST of the time a bottle that I can just open and take a pill would be like every other supplement and pill that I take...CONVENIENT.

I bought these a few days ago in hopes to eat ice cream with my friends when we go out; it's summertime and hot outside, and a friend of mine suggested these. Took it as instructed; now I'm on day 2 of abdominal pain and cramps and have no idea what's goin' on. If anything, I'm constipated. I'm afraid to try these again, but I feel like it was better to know if it worked now than later.

I have heard that there were products available to ease the discomfort associated with eating dairy, but have not tried any of them. I received a sample of LACTAID fast Act Caplets from Home Tester Club so I decided to give it a try. I took one caplet prior to eating yogurt and was surprised that I didn't have the gas and discomfort I normally get after dairy products. I'm excited to continue to be able to enjoy dairy products again. The only thing I'm not sure of is how much I can consume and get relief with just one pill. I'll have to experiment (maybe with ice cream!)
