I learned after taking just 1 tablet before dairy that it was a mistake I am a Two Tablet person just one did not help but when I took two before I ate dairy ( milk, ice creams , cheese ) I did not get the bloating gas and I did not have to make mad dashes to the bathroom Thank you Lactaid Fast Act you work for me.

Especially, when it involves my lactose intolerant. There is nothing worse than not being able to enjoy what you like. I am a HUGE fan of cheese. SO I took a caplet of Lactaid Fast Act and prayed for the best. An hour after eating the grilled cheese sandwich I was still fine. No bloating or gas all day long. The next day we went for frozen yogurt(this is usually when I get gas, bloating diarrhea and the upchucks). Not one of the symptoms came to be. I have been using them every day for 3 weeks. I have since bought my own package of Lactaid. I will continue to buy it because it works. Thank you Lactaid and thank you Hone Tester Club!!

Honestly I had not purchased a product like this before because I didn't feel that it would be more effective than what I was currently using. This product worked very well and I had no issues when eating dairy like I normally do. What I was using treated the problems that dairy caused after eating but with this product it prevented any issues and gave me my freedom and confidence back to enjoy what I want. Great product, very effective and I would recommend this to anyone having issues with dairy.

I have had big problems eating certain foods,such as lasagna with lots of cheese, in the past. I put the Lactaid caplets to the test with some lasagna and and did not suffer any of the problems I had experienced before.

These pills help me through out the day eating dairy. The pills are very small and require little effort to sallow. You only take 3 pills and you are good to eat dairy for around 30 minutes. I am really satisfied with the results of this product and I recommend it to anyone who is lactose intolerant .

Do not buy these. Years ago I tried these pills and found myself violently ill 3-4 hours after taking them, vomiting etc. Fast forward to yesterday, I thought I’d try them again. And sadly again 3 hours later I had severe nausea, was vomiting and had diarrhea. This is not what happens when I have dairy. Do your research before taking these, there are many others who experience similar reactions.

My mother bought this pill for me as I recently found I was lactose intolerant. She made my favorite dish of hers, poppyseed chicken casserole and I was so happy I could eat it. Though soon after I ate I felt really sick. I thought I had just not had enough of them due to that fact I only took 1 pill. Now I am extremely nauseous and my stomach hurts bad. Not to mention, I’ve had severe diarrhea. This did not help, and this lactaid pill almost ruined my favorite meal. Am currently dealing with the consequences of this product:(

I am Lactose intolerant, so I was eager to try this product... I have been taking them as directed for over a week now, and have to say I am very impressed with the results?? I plan on using this product to control my diary sensitivity...there was little if any gas or bloating after consuming dairy products... And absolutely no running to the bathroom! If you know what I mean??
