I started using before I eat dairy, and love the improvement I have seen in my digestive system. I have less tummy aches and I feel free, again, to start eating dairy without fear and getting sick. I would recommend this product to anyone I knew who also struggled with lactose intolerance, but wants to be able to eat dairy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my first ever trial of Lactaid Fast Act Caplets free via the Home Tester Club. Upon the arrival of the tablets I was skeptical. The directions indicate "Take with your first bite of dairy", it seemed almost too good to be true. I did, however, do as directed and gave it the old college try. It worked!! No cramps, no gas, no glassy eyed "I wanna die" feelings at all!! I did miss dairy, but I don't have to anymore so long as I remember my Lactaid. It's simple, just take a pill before you consume (or with) your first bite and away you go, back to a better, gentler dairy experience.

Lactaid products work for me. I was born lactose intolerant. My mother said I couldn't tolerate breast milk. They tried me on cow milk and then goat milk. My childhood was filled with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I avoided milk products for years. Lactaid is the only product that works for me. Fermented milk products and Lactaid is the way to go.

Lactaid Fast Act Caplets work fast and work well to allow me to eat the foods that I love. I can use milk on my cereal in the morning, enjoy ice cream after dinner, and eat nachos while out with friends, all without having to worry about uncomfortable and embarrassing symptoms like gas, diarrhea, and bloating.

I usually avoid dairy or have it in very small quantities so I usually don't have to worry about my stomach being sensitive to dairy products. I did have a few days during the week of sampling that I ate cheese and using LACTAID gave me the confidence to not worry about how my stomach would react. The taste is fine and the product seems to kick in quickly. I would recommend it to others who have issues with dairy products.
