I took the Lactaid 20-30 min. before I ate my dinner. After I ate my dinner (Seafood Alfredo) I had my desert and really enjoyed it. I was so greatful I applied to try this product! I was happy to get them because I have tried LACTAID milk in the past and love it. I expected great things and was not disappointed. Normally, I can't digest milk. If I drink it, I have horrible stomach cramping and other symptoms that last for 2 days. It really makes me sick as a dog. With the LACTAID® Fast Act Caplets, that isn't the case. I can have cereal again! I can drink hot chocolate! I can have any number of foods and beverages that call for milk and never worry about getting sick. It is wonderful. I would highly recommend LACTAID® Fast Act Caplets to anybody who is lactose intolerant. This product will totally change your experience with dairy products. You'll feel like you have your life back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving the Lactaid caplets I was a little afraid of trying to consume ice cream or a glass of milk but I have to say it cut down the gassiness and bloating not completely but enough that I could eat dairy and not be gassing it up in front of people. Not sure I would buy this for it is a little to expensive for my budget but for occasional use of dairy it might be worth it

I was hesitant to consume dairy because I suffer extreme affects from doing so. I am happy to report that I had zero issues when I took Lactaid with my first bite of ice cream! I have trouble with stomach cramping and pain when I eat milk based products, such as ice cream. So I have avoided them, for the most part, for years. These work well for me - if I remember to take them! However - I detest the individual packaging!! Do you still package them in a bottle so I don’t have to fuss with opening up an annoying packet each time I take one? If so, where can I purchase them? If not - please consider adding that option again!

I had previously been using a chewable tablet so I kept trying to chew it, which was not a pleasant experience. I finally caught on that I should just take it with a drink and not chew it. Price is pretty important when I choose this product, but it just has to be close to the store brand product. The product definitely works as it is intended,

I have been taking lactaid for 25 yrs. It is a great product. I can now eat almost anything. I have a little difficulty eating ice cream sometimes but the fact that i can have cheese is great. I have lactose intolerence fairly bad have to take the pills with every meal. I have tried off brands but they do not work well. Thank you for making a great product.

I have been using lactaid on a daily basis for about a year now. It has made the largest difference in my quality of life in quite some time. It works wonders for me. I could not enjoy some of the foods I love without it. I highly recommend this product.
