I have tried the Lactaid fast act and found that it helped with the gas and bloating unlike the plain Lactaid. If I had a lot of dairy products, I did find that I needed to take more than one. I received my trial from HomeTesterClub and put it to use right away. It says to take with the first bite. Well I did. I took one pill with a drink of milk and ate a bowl of ice cream. To my astonishment and surprise I really didn't have any gas pains or cramps or any of the symptoms I normally have with dairy products. I'm definitely a fan now! Will tell my family and friends!

I struggle with lactose intolerance and discovering Lactaid has helped me be able to enjoy ice cream and dairy products without issue once again and I am so happy I have this product! From the moment I took my first pill, I felt an overall relief that I can now enjoy dairy products without any embarrassing side effects from eating dairy, since Lactaid is a well-known brand. My husband is lactose intolerant & although we use Lactaid milk on a regular basis it became apparent that other foods had dairy in them. I was skeptical at first but when I tried it for the first time when I wanted to have a cup of milk with a brownie I was amazed at how well it worked. I did not get any diarrhea after consuming milk. I feel like I can have dairy now like I used to.

I was diagnosed with total intolerance to lactose more than twenty years ago, and, after experimenting with a variety of supplements/digestive aids, I discovered the Lactaid brand. Lactaid Fast Act allows me to digest foods whose labels caution that they are ' produced on equipment that is also used to produce dairy products' without getting any side effects such as indigestion or upset stomach. I am also able to digest melted lactose-free cheeses with no digestive upset if I have taken one or two caplets before eating. I highly recommend this product.

I was worried about the reviews of those who were sick after taking these, but that wasn’t the case for me at all. Taken about an hour before drinking a milkshake (a usual culprit for extreme digestive discomfort), it allowed me to enjoy my evening in peace.
