Lactaid Fast Act Caplets totally work for me, allowing me to eat like everybody else. My one problem--and the reason for four stars instead of 5--is the packaging. The original strength comes in a bottle, but I have to take three of those tabs to be equal to one Fast Act caplet. The Fast Act caplets only come individually foil wrapped, which is a pain. Please sell us the Fast Act caplets in a bottle!

I use them to eat oreos lol. Few days later nausea and diarrhea. Not sure why but Im guessing this is from the body digesting non dairy foods and pushing it leftover contents from the intestine. If you need it take it but wouldn't take it too much or eat too much dairy. Know your body limits.

I had never used this particular product before and believe me I was a skeptic since no product had ever really worked for me! I had always had to deal with the after effects of eating milk with my cereal, ice cream for dessert and even some cheeses would upset my stomach. I was so relieved and excited that something finally worked for me!! I would certainly recommend Lactaid Fast Act Caplets to anyone who is lactose intolerant! I now will have this in my home for the times I want to enjoy dairy and not feel like I have to deal with the symptoms of bloating, diarrhea or any thing else! Have been taking lactaid pills the past few weeks whenever dinner contained cheese/milk (only some nights) and each time an hour or two later would experience worse and worse nausea, then after a few nights on top of nausea I would get horrible diarrhea keeping me up at night and the last straw was vomiting. This week has been with these on and off boughts of sickness and I did not link the symptoms to taking lactaid until reading reviews - it all clicked into place! Never taking again. Will look elsewhere for dairy digestion aide. 0/5 still having diarrhea 48 hours after last dose.

In March of 2015, I began to have stomach and intestinal problems which included a lot of diarrhea. After several months of trying to figure out what was wrong, I remembered reading about some people being lactose intolerant. So I checked it out on the internet, then I purchased some Lactaid milk and pills in May 2015. Within few days of using the Lactaid milk & pills, the problems I was having stopped. Every so often, maybe 2 or 3 times a month I might have a little diarrhea problem, but not even close as I had before. I do notice that I have to take at least 1 Lactaid pill a day.

Makes for much more comfortableness in my clothing as the day progresses. I would definitely recommend this product to folks who have dairy issues. I did not get dairy issues until later in life and it's not fun so it's nice to have something that would help me get past it.

I just started using these about a month ago. I've been lactose intolerant for all of my life and have generally been able to eat whatever I want, but I would have DAILY bloating and sometimes indigestion! This past summer, my lactose intolerance all of a sudden got worse and I had absolutely horrible stomach cramps and severe vomiting! All from a piece of cheesecake and flatbread with goat cheese! The same issue occurred last month, forcing me to go the ER to make sure nothing was really wrong. I brought these after the doctor gave me a "clean bill of health". I take them every time I consume any dairy at all, even if it's just a side of ranch. If it's ice cream, mac & cheese, pizza, or anything like that, I take 2. If it's just pasta or milk chocolate, I take 1. They are absolutely amazing! My bloating completely disappeared and my stomach is so flat and comfortable now! You have to take them with food for sure, I can feel bubbles building up if I wait too long to take it after eating.

Both times I used the pill within a few hours I became the most nauseated I’ve ever been and vomited profusely. This persisted for about 24 hours each time and actually ruined my birthday trip. Would love to see these side effects listed on the product

I started having problems last year and it took me months to figure out that it was a lactose intolerance. I ended up losing 30 lbs because I couldn't eat ANYTHING with any sort of milk. A friend recommended this and it has saved me so much pain and discomfort. I have two bottles with me, one at home and one in my purse at all times, just in case we eat out somewhere! It's amazing and I'd give it 100 stars if I could.
