I always use Tylenol Pm on the nights it's hard to fall asleep. It's very affordable and has no harsh side effects the package isn't too bulky and it's worth the try

advil pm is the best, helps me sleep better when i'm in pain and is very fast acting. lulls are a little bigger and harder to swallow but are helpful when needed
