This does a great job of helping me get to sleep fast. It also helps with some of my pain. When pain is keeping me awake, I take this and I get a good night's sleep without waking up groggy.

The Tylenol PM line is amazing, it puts you right to sleep quickly and keeps you asleep, and unlike other pills you feel the effects almost immediately. They are really great for those painful colds where you just need a good night’s sleep.
