Tylenol PM is the brand of nighttime sleep aid I have used for more than a decade. I trust it to help with nighttime stress and pain. It's my go-to where others have failed.

I'm often dealing with insomnia and I find Tylenol PM is an easy and effective way to take care of tbe problems and get a nights rest. i wake up easilily and have no side effect it for anyone recommend it to anyone who has been having difficulty sleeping and Walmart pricing is also a plus.

I use this Tylenol PM before bedtime. When I take the Tylenol PM right before bedtime it relaxes me. Also I like it because I hardly use any Tylenol during the day.

When I take these they help go to sleep faster and when I use it as recommended 8!hrs or more I sleep well

When sleep evades you or makes it difficult to fall asleep, Tylenol ZpM is an easy effective way to help you fall asleep and stay asleep without the effects of harsh narcotics.

Here’s the thing: I’m not a medical doctor or pharmacist, but this helps me. It’s not 100% effective, but it’s better than nothing. I would recommend it only if you’re aware of the side effects and consequences of taking it. I’m not responsible for this statement—it’s just my opinion.

finally found something that works for my pain and sleeping issues

without these I don't get a good nights sleep. Always work for me.

Works for me. Can't ask for any more than that.

I had to reorder because it didn't come the first time. I try to buy the bottles that have a larger amount of tablets.. it last longer
