Tylenol pm is the only thing that helps Me sleep when I have a fever! I sleep soundly throughout the night and I almost always wake up feeling better. We always have it on us!

I like this because it's fast acting and it helps you fall asleep and stay asleep fast! Although you shouldn't use it just as a sleep aid and if you really need to relieve pain.

these are great if you have insomnia but can sometimes make you foggy groggy or drowsy the next day. you have to time them perfectly and youll be good to go.

The drowsy after effect is not worth it I've tried other sleeping remedies and this is my least favorite it's almost like you never wake up takes until the next day to feel some whatnot normal
