This product is really good for nighttime ached and pains, but also will help you get a good night's rest. Highly recommend it for people who have problems sleeping.

This helped me sleep but it must not mix good with me because it gave me crazy dreams. I tried it a few times with the same result. It worked quick just didn’t mix with me .

Our household heavily relies on Tylenol for pain relief. However, sometimes I get bad migraines that affect me during the night migraines can sometimes keep me up. But this helps provide some relief and helps me fall sleep faster.

Tried last night. Did not help at all with back pain. Also was wide awake 1 1/2 hrs after taking it. Couldn't get back to sleep. I don't think acetaminophen is the right ingredient for falling asleep.

These work exceptionally with no side effects. I didn’t wake up feel groggy. I took the recommended dosage and went right to sleep. I keep these in my house at all times.
