While I found it does help get me to sleep, for me, it lingers too long into the morning hours. I get a good rest, but affects last too long. It's probably just my personal reaction.

This helped me sleep but it must not mix good with me because it gave me crazy dreams. I tried it a few times with the same result. It worked quick just didn't mix with me .

I get earache every ince in a while and this Tylenol PM helps give me relief and I sleep soooo well! I don't think otakes me groggy in the mornings, so that's a plus!

I loved it I gave it to my son and he thought it was candy its not bad its sweet I loved it I would recomed for children if thay have problems eating of drinking medicine

Great for headaches. Fever and menstrual pain. We also use this product aches and pains at night when other medications are too strong with too many side effects
